I finally found a shoe that fits perfectly and make my Bad feet happy. Looking for different color or a similar shoe. Didn't expect to find anything at new store in Chula Vista. John helped me, he is Good within a half hour, I had a shoe, socks and slides plus shoes laces. Amazing service 10 's I'll be back to this location

Helpers were on their toes on a busy Saturday afternoon. Have been a member for many years. Glad that RRS has a store in Chula Vista, not just north of S Diego. Very pleasant and helpful people.

I went to the Road Runner in Chula Vista, on Birch Rd. And as soon as I walk in the door, I was greeted, but not pressed lol which gives off a nice welcoming vibe. I was then helped by two employees, who were just great! Alexander.and I can't remember the other guy's name but both of them were so very helpful and kind! I recommend this road runner location if you're looking to get fitted for the right type of shoes and if you want excellent customer service!

Don't get me wrong, but they have great shoes to choose from, but they do not carry my shoe size 7.5 which really big disappoint for me.

John who helped me was very informative and not pushy. He listened to what I wanted, brought out the shoes I wanted to try and made a couple of suggestions of other shoes that might fit my desires. He even showed me how to improve the tuners knot I use to keep my shoes snug.

Went here yesterday with my mom for a quick pick up for some shoes… stayed for 1hr. John C.was very patient with my mom and he must’ve brought out 13 boxes of shoes for her to try… She said that was the best service for shoes she received. She got a pair of shoes, socks, and fitted for some insoles…

Best service, salesman was knowledgeable of my husbands foot condition and was supper helpful. He went to just look at shoes available but walked out with 2 pairs of comfortable, supportive orthopedic shoes! Roadrunner measures and assist you in finding the perfect fit. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed

All of the staff was friendly and in such good spirits! My rep that did my shoe fittings and insoles was super knowledgeable and very low pressure. I wanted to buy everything and didn’t feel pushed into anything!

I was unable to contact anyone via phone, but when I arrived in store, the service and quality of products was exceptional. Employees were very attentive and knowledgeable. A few days ago I came in with my feet in pain, and have already felt a significant pain reduction with my new Hoka Bondi 8 shoes and custom blue insoles. Thanks Roadrunner Sports!

I would like to thank Leslie and Guillermo for helping us when we came in to find the right shoe and custom fit inserts. I had no idea about the perfect fit zone and could not be happier with our experience. I am getting back into walking and later this year we are going on vacation in Italy and I am looking forward to all the comfortable walking.

Alex in the Otay Ranch store, was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I think I got the perfect pair this time!

Wow! Blown away at the staff and how knowledgeable they were at the Otay location. I came in and I was immediately helped. I never felt rushed and I got to try on multiple shoes to find the perfect fit! Prices are fair and I will never shop at another athletic shoe store again.

Just an absolute blast every time my wife and I walk in. Some special shout outs to John and Pepe for making the Custom fitting experience an amazing one for my mother in law. The team knows what they’re talking about and provide thorough and in depth analysis on the kind of shoes and why you should be wearing them. My mother in law couldn’t be happier with her purchase and the experience. Since the grand opening this store has been nothing short of amazing and I always look forward to my next visit!
