If you make sure to order the correct top and aren't pushed for time then Robbins isn't that bad. But mess up and it'll be a nightmare to get your money back

They have terrible customer service. The site isn't that intuitive I ended up ordering the wrong top for my RX-7 (I didn't realize it doesn't a rear window cutout when i ordered it). It took about 3 weeks to arrive which isn't that bad. It took another 2 weeks for me to get into contact to try to get a refund. I have not yet received my refund and they have had the top for 2 months. I'm lowkey getting worried I won't see that money again

I own a top shop warranty means as much as the initial order kudos to Robbins there reaction time on small problems is impressive and I love there product thanks

Watch your bank account! Placed my order and woke up to an alert from my bank for low balance the next day. Robbins charged me twice for the one top I purchased. "Not a big deal" I thought. A quick call and they will fix it, surely. Well, nope! They posted an "authorization" on my account to hold the funds until it shipped. Not unusual. But when it shipped they charged my account again rather than converting the pre-authorization to the payment. After conversations with customer service and accounting I'm told "there's nothing they can do. " The pre-authorization will clear "eventually". They did say they were sorry at least. Normally I don't think this would bother me much. But we are talking about an $850 mistake and they really don't care what kind of inconvenience their little mistake may cause me. I certainly hope the top is of the quality their website claims it to be and that their service and systems are clearly not.

Couldn't even get anyone on the phone. Kept getting cut off before a "real" person would answer the phone.

Had a very very very bad experience on purchasing with Robbins Autotop. I've ordered a Porsche 997 911 cabriolet Soft top from them since August, 2 months I still yet received anything from them. No Confirmation, need to call them and waited ages to pick up the call and even no replies on email. Even that managed to email them, but the dates from Oct had been postpone three times!

Very frustrated. Very disappointed and very very very dissatisfied.

Didn't have even 5 years with this top and it has completely faded and the back glass window is falling off. Terrible product. Not even the 14 year top i removed looked this bad.

I work restoring classic British sports cars. The quality and fit of a Robbins top can't be beat. Any questions are answered quickly and competently, I give them 5 stars!
