Robert Half, San Francisco CA

Looking at other reviews and my short experience with them I think they need to change their staff. Receptionist transfers me to someone who isn't there and mailbox is full. I call back all I here is "ugh" and hangs up. I call once again and get sent straight to voicemail. Yeah I'll definitely look into some other agencies instead

I have worked with Robert Half since 2015, and I have to say that my over all experience has been a good one. There have been some changes in recruiters, but they have all been great and have quickly been able to place me into positions every time I am looking for work. Communication can sometimes be slow and it can be a problem, but it is better to be proactive and call them directly than wait, because sometimes they will forget to call back.

Recruiters really dropped the ball, unresponsive to emails, poor communication, poor customer service skills. I left feeling like a number instead of a person. I would pursue other agencies that will be kinder, attentive, and more passionate about finding you that next role. Hoping my experience was an isolated incident but judging from their low rating I don’t believe that to be the case.

I called as a 3rd-party interested in getting information about recruiting practices, in general, and they were still a great resource for the 2-3 minutes of their time I asked for.

Robert Half is great, the staff is friendly and i was able to score a permanent position at one of its clients. I am very happy where i am while temping for their client for 6 months i pleased and impressed that client so much that they wanted to keep me for good. I have worked for many of their clients and had another that offerred me a permanent position as well. So Robert Half is a great choice when and if you want to find something permanent or temporary, depending on what type of career path you want in your search for work or work experience.

They are efficient, the onboarding process was seamless, I highly recommend Office Team!

Disappointed with the level of professionalism. Spoke with a recruiter the last week of July and never heard back from them. It's now September 1st. Followed up several times via email and phone. This warranted no response back from them. Reached out and spoke with a supervisor which got me no where either. Needless to say, if you want to find work quickly, it's better to do your own job search, or use another staffing firm. They have a high level of turnovers for their recruiters. This should have been the only warning sign I needed. Would never consider using them for a job search ever again.

Sad to say, the worst agency I've ever worked for. Poor communication between clients, internally and with those they employ. Also a very hard sell to get a well deserved bump. I'm glad to be done with them. 24/7 Wallst. 's top 11 worst places to work for, they ranked #7, I wish I had known.

These people get tons of job-seekers and not enough opportunities to place them in. They don't have the ability to remember you, your experience, or skill-set. If you don't keep up with them, they will forget about you in five minutes! The epitome of apathy. The recruiting staff hold characteristics one step lower than a politician and a prostitute.

The Creative Group San Francisco is an amazing team with many client resources and relationships! The team at the San Francisco location has changed my life! I have amazing opportunities a head!
