TAX ADVICE & PLANNING - I recently relocated to California and have transitioned my domicile. Several years have been complicated in unexpected ways. Robert Hall offers complimentary introductory tax consultations. I had some time-sensitive issues to resolve and sent questions before my meeting. My session with John was the most professional briefing of my life and I have had many as a retired CEO and Chairman of a multinational. After the session i immediate asked to contract for 2023 tax prep and have been working with John for my tax planning. THOROUGH, WELL-INFORMED, READY TO RESEARCH, AND REALLY HELPFUL. BRILLIANT!

I've been using Mariana with Robert Hall for a few years and she has been great. She's responsive and professional. If I had only worked with her exclusively at Robert Hall, this review would be 5 stars, but unfortunately, I had to work with another tax adviser (who shall remain nameless) who was the complete opposite of Mariana, so for that unfortunate experience, I had to detract one star. I guess it just depends on which tax professional you work with, but five stars for Mariana!

Proof: for the last 10 years I have driven from south OC to Glendale for my tax prep needs with Daniel P. It is a long, long tedious drive, traffic is insane and intense; HOWEVER, it is absolutely worth it. It is not only about the experience while on site or the excellent and deep knowledge and attention to detail, but it feels personal, every meeting I have left with a feeling of "Daniel cares"; and that is priceless now in days. Jackie was wonderful in explaining the details and my options while filing my 2022 taxes. I tried to complete them myself and it looked like I would be paying $7k. After Jackie's work, I don't owe anything. These guys are pros!

I had an in-person tax filing interview. I had already uploaded the required tax documents. So it took just a few minutes at the interview, and the tax returns were done, and saved me money. All my questions got answered, and voila. I walked out with copies of my tax returns! Couldn't be easier.
