After my eye exam and new glasses, I experienced vision strain even though the clarity was great. They got me in same day I called, found an issue with my glasses and are having new lenses expedited from the lab. Excellent experience. Entire staff was so focused to solve the issue. Dr. Reeve is top notch! Eventually he's going to perform cataract surgery as well.
You really know how good a medical practice really is and cares until an issue arises. I'm new to the area and so fortunate to have found them.

Very professional.until I left. It was then I realized that my eyes were burning. The tech forgot to give me something for dilating my eyes like sunglasses. Very painful

I really am glad Dr. Reeve is my eye doctor. He's easy to talk to, answers any and all questions i may have and entire staff is friendly and knows their stuff. I love that they have their own area to try on and order glasses and frames right there in the building. I haven’t made use of it yet as I just learned about it being available after my last visit, but I intend to go in and have my first set made when its time. I’m only not giving it five stars because of my very first visit a coupke of years ago didnt end too good in terms of me not being informed after eye dilation that I would need some kind of special glasses when i leave. I didn’t know to ask for any and nobody told me I would need them or gave me any. I had to sit in my car for quite a while before my eyes adjusted enough for me to at least try to drive home down the street. It was bright and sunny out so it hurt to see. I’m sure it was an accident forgetting to warn me or tell me and not done intentionally but I just can’t give a five star review in good faith because five stars is a flawless perfect visit is it not? Don’t get me wrong though, my two visits since then have been very nice and the special sunglasses were given both times thankfully. With that being said, I definitely recommend Dr. Reeve for your eye care. My interactions with him i can honestly give a 5 star rating.

Been seeing Dr. Reeve for about 7 years now, including bilateral cataract surgeries. Wonderful doctor, makes you feel at ease. Staff is also great, helpful and nice, very knowledgeable and will gladly answer any questions you may have. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

They are great! Always courteous and prompt. Easy to understand and take the time you need when you are having any difficulty. Dr Reeve always explains something in layman's terms so it is easy to understand.

Took my mother in for her first eye exam with this office. She was impressed by how thorough the exam was and the how quickly the doctor recommended the appropriate treatment for her. Dr. Reeves and his staff have experience, knowledge, great customer service and know how to work with insurance. Love Reeves/Woods Eye center.

The staff members are pleasant, well-informed, and technically competent. The young man who took me back to perform the preliminary examination was excellent. Dr. Reeve was thorough, pleasant and helpful with my minor adjustment, proving that this is indeed THE BEST EYE CARE CENTER in the north state.

Great place for eye care! The staff are amazing. They are very popular so can get pretty busy but I think it's worth the wait. I had cataract surgery with Dr Reeve and had a really good experience. Highly recommend.

The wait to begin the exam was about 45 min.to an hour. Afterwards it was smooth sailing. I was respected and treated kindly. Very professional staff.

Great service all around. Came in for consult on LASIK surgery but ended up with multifocal lens cataract replacements after heading in direction of trials for new light adjustable lens replacements. Very thorough throughout the whole process with excellent results.

Service was great, customer service nice and friendly.but the wait time not so good. My appointment took an hour and a half. I rated this 4 out of five stars.
