I recently hired Robert S Marks Plumbing to do a plumbing job and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the work that was done. While payment was not an issue, the quality of the work was subpar. The project was a reroute of a water main that was leaking under the slab and there were several issues with the way it was done.

As a former owner and now retired of a Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Company in Southern California and Tulare County. I have a solid understanding of the industry and the standards that should be met. Their work was subpar and took way longer than it should of for two guys.

Communication was also a big problem. I was not informed of any additional work they did or delays. I am not sure who was texting me or calling me most of the time because of lack who it was, just some number. But taken together they could not get the job done before the holidays as I was told it would be no problem. The manager said that Plumber misplaced the job.

I received a text message asking for payment without any acknowledgement of the issues I had previously raised, so I sent a 600-word message detailing the issues with the job. The "Service Manager" confirmed he "hadn't had time to read my story" My read-time software said reading time was 2 minutes and 31 seconds for the average reader.

Three thousand dollars later here we are. Good luck because this shop does have potential. Also, I would of given a three star except the Service manager in so many words texting me he is not interested in his customers issues.

Robert Marks Plumbing installed an underground gas line for a new emergency backup power generator including a regulator and gas manifold. They did a GREAT job and I would recommend them, and reuse them, again.

Decent work but very dishonest company. I have proof of how long they were on the job both working and not and they still are trying to steal an extra hour and a half of labor from me.

I've been using Robert Marks Plumbing ever since I've been in business and that is about 13 years now and I have always gotten excellent service never disappointed. They are always on time and courtesy cleaning up before they leave. I highly recommend them for any type of service you might need

We have used Robert Marks since moving to Visalia 7 years ago. They do quality work and stand behind it. They have taken excellent care of all of our plumbing needs. We enjoy an excellent relationship with them. We recently had to have major plumbing issues repaired that we discovered which were present when we purchased our home, but of which, we were unaware. Robert Marks plumbing took care of the rather large job quickly and in good order. They are always there for us.
