Worst customer service experience, the front desk lady had an attitude since I didn’t have a mask on, very rude. I missed the signed, all she had to do is kindly tell me instead of having an attitude. There was guy in there with no mask and they were like he is trying on glasses. That is why I went was there to try the glasses I ordered. I will never go here again.

I am a regular at Robertson optometry. I always get great service and the pricing is always fair and reasonable. Last time, Dr. Yang worked with me to understand my insurance a bit better and was able to help me get the most value out of my insurance plan. I usually get just contacts but this time, I was also able to get a pair of glasses. The glasses came out great, better than the pair I got from China. Overall I am happy with my experience and will continue as a regular customer here.

A courteous and professional practice. They don't overbook appointments so my family and I get seen as scheduled.

Visited the Robertson's Optometry on 05/18/22. Worst experience!

First of all, there is literally noone at the front desk, at the moment of my arrival, waited 20 minutes to be helped.
2. The comprehensive eye exam was way too fast (15 minutes), Dr. Yang truly does not care for the patients, just tries to let them go as quickly as possible, not even bothering to provide the testings herself - all of the tests were provided by the assistant. However, the guy that helped me was very nice - the only caring employee there. Overall, I spent 5 minutes with the doctor, all she did was to let me follow the pen with the eyes she was dragging from one side to another.
3. Paid extra to get the retinal images, since I was diagnosed with the retinal detachment 4 years ago. Dr. Yang was annoyed by the every question I've asked and didn't bother to explain anything stating "no, everything is fine with you".
4. At the minute I realized that this is not the verdict I trust I went ahead and asked Lesley (front desk employee) to send me all of the images the doctor took, so I will be able to address this to the more qualified Ophthalmologist.
5. As of today, I already called in 5 times and still can not get anyone from the Robertsons Optometry to send me the images I've paid extra for.

This clinic definitely does not worth $80 for the services they provide, the Doctor is annoyed by everything you ask with 0 care for the patients.

Now figured why they do groupon sales, because that's definitely not a clinic anyone would return at.

I wanted to update my review since I posted back in November. The office was closed and that is why no one was answering. I have since been back to have an exam for contacts and glasses. The new office is very nice. And, there's free parking in the garage in the back - a big plus here since the meters are expensive.

Dr. Yang was very patient with me as I had several changes to my contact lenses prescription. And, I decided to order glasses there as well (I have been going to Costco for their prices) because I found a frame I love and they agreed to match Costco prices - a big PLUS for me as I am not working now and am on a tighter budget!

I highly recommend this office. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful and because they were willing to work with me on the eye glass lenses. Dr. Yang and her staff are great, professional and friendly.

Very expensive. Charges for glasses cases and small charges.had problem with perscription and frames.not even worth going back.
