We met Robin and Dan at one of their listings in Modesto that didn't quite meet our needs. We agreed to stay in touch as we went back home to Southern California. Over the next six weeks or so, they sent us referrals that we checked out on line, and they even went to a couple and "Zoomed" us a walk through. When a house was identified that hit all our requirements, they were on the phone with us the day of the listing. We did a Zoom walk through and made an offer that was subsequently accepted.
