I want to say a big thank you to rusty and Jerod for helping me diagnose my carburetor and engine issues, they are so awesome and so helpful, they will now be my go to shop for my vehicle maintenance and repairs, i definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs or maintenance.

These guys fixed my fathers car and he recommended them to me when my altenator went out. They were straight to the point about what was going on with the vehicle and polite. Because they were so busy the said it might take a week before they got around to it, which we said would be fine. They fixed the car in 4 days and inspected the vehicle for anything else that may be wrong. Everyone i know that goes here has told me of their solid work. I agree.

Can't say enough good things about this place and they didn't even get to work on my truck AND they had every reason & opportunity to be irritated with me. But still treated me with kindness & respect
I had it towed there late on a Sunday. Then came back home to the coast in my other car and Forgot To Leave Them The Keys!
They gave me a super reasonable quote and then they ALLOWED me to leave my truck in their lot for several days knowing I was coordinating bringing back help to fix it myself to save $$. Who the heck does that? !

Very disappointed. We have been taking our cars to Robinett's for years. We made an appointment weeks ago for a $148.50 diagnostic test. They had the car all day so I called in the afternoon to check on it. The bare minimum had been done as they did not include the free inspection with our diagnosis until I asked for it. I am very unhappy as I explained upfront to Rusty that our child was going to learn to drive in this car.

I trust Rusty implicitly. I have been going to him for years and have never been disappointed!

I have unfortunately not had the greatest experience with this company and feel taken advantage of. I never had problems with my SUV till I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. They never fixed the problem and only wanted to keep charging me to find the problem. Also took their advice to grease my brakes paid to have it done then just recently went to put my own new brake pads on and found that the never did anything but still charged me. The front desk is super kind and friendly but the service is poor.
