3Unreliable and never responds. Restrooms are not thoroughly cleaned and smelled of urine. They were great when we first hired them but service and quality faded over time and we will no longer be using them. There are a lot of other options out there and we found better.
Im a Sous Chef and I create food everyday, last weekend I rented 2 porta johns from a company because they promised they were going to be the nice porta potties that have sink, urinal stall, and a hand wash station. When i got it, it was just a porta potty with a toilet and that's it. I was very displeased, and I didn't get a call back after a week or so. So i decided to find another company, I was looking for a company that is truth worthy and a company that has what I want. So I found Robinhood, they were quick to help me, and gave me a quote almost instantly. They provided me with a very nice porta potty with everything I needed for my employees, its so stressful having issues with our location, that I find myself needding these porta potties to be rented almost every 6 months. The reason i gave four stars is becasue Im simply waiting to see if this is the company for me, so far im happy and impressed on how clean and sanitary they delivery the porta johns. Ill update my review with time.
