First time here, picking up a load (4 pallets). Got here at 10: 40am and it is now 2: 3pm and still haven’t been attended. No where to park outside the facility. They charge you $150 if you arrive more than 45 mins past your appointment time. Where the hell are my $150 for you being late on attending drivers.

Awfully mismanaged! No parking but have to wait hours! Avoid if at all possible!

I have been loading here for the last 4 years. My secret is to set up my appointments for night shift. Everyone is awesome, but night crew is less chaotic. Outstanding job to 3 shipping ladies from the third shift. They makes it better when they treat you like a human and call you by your name instead of "door number, driver, sir, ect" good job
