Robinson's Automotive, Diamond Springs CA

My husband used this automotive shop for an alignment. The mechanics were very kind and understanding, but the front desk associate was extremely rude. She showed poor customer service and it was very off putting. She also failed to disclose the fact that the mechanic will drive away with your car for about 10 miles, which most shops do not do for an alignment. We would have been okay with this if this knowledge was made aware prior to the appointment. It was just very shocking to see the car drive away without us expecting it.

Went in for an alignment on my Subaru WRX STI and end up seeing the mechanic driving off with my car gone for almost 25 minutes. My stuff thrown around and a significant amount of gas gone as if they were driving fast and far. Additionally staff was very rude and unprofessional. I recommend going somewhere else.

Highly reccomend. Family owned business and seemed like they treat everyonelike family. I was only there for a smog but from interactions I saw while I was waiting, I was very impressed.

Trying to make an appointment, women on phone was very rude and condescending. Didn't even bother booking the appointment.

These folks got my old 1985 toyota teuck smoged, not many people know the ins and outs of these later model trucks, tbey do. Got me passed and i was so pleased with everyone on their crew.

Great place to go to, love the service, coffee and donuts too, plus watched a really cool 1960s movie on drag racing while waiting, felt like home.

They took care of my RV smog. It's a mid 90s era RV that can be difficult to sort through and they got it done.

Becky, Zach and everyone at Robinson's have been extremely helpful during my time of need with my vehicle breaking down. They did a fantastic job on keeping me updated on the progress with estimates. They also went above and beyond to get me a ride home when a last minute issue with my car made it undriveable the evening I went to pick it up. Great family business!

Tried a DIY fix and made it worse. These folks were able to fix it the right way and for a reasonable price!

These guys and gals are top notch! They are efficient, professional and honest people who even give veterans a discount! Their prices are very fair and I am so glad to have found them! Becky and Marty spent extra time working with my insurance company to assess my auto accident, providing pictures and reports that allowed the insurance company to not even send an adjuster and settle with me in less than 10 days! They didn't even charge me! A customer forever!

I can say enough about the quality of service I get from Robinsons. My only reservation to posting this is that they're very popular!
