4th time I've come by to pick up my wish items, during regular business hours, and the place is closed. Not cool! I've come early, late, weekend, weekday and no one. Just spoke to someone that says he's taking his lunch.at 3: 30pm.no sign up, everything lit up OPEN but door locked. Great customer service. Why sign up to be a pick up location if your hours are so sporadic?

Called in to see if I could do a quick walk in appointment and they stayed a little after closing just to fit me in. The guy had great customer service and low prices in comparison to other shops. Left within 15 minutes.

This place is great Oscar fixed my tablet. Had to replace the charging port which I damaged. Took the tablet in at 1200 and Oscar had it fixed and charged by 3pm for pick up

Great customer service, Boost Mobile phone is rugged and has excellent coverage in South Coast Mall (normally it's hard to keep a signal there).

Awesome job to the guys at Robo Mobile. They're really competent and they know what their doing. They did help me fix my loose micro USB port on my Logitech h800 headset. It quick and easy and real value considering it was only $40 fix where the headset costs me $75 at Best Buy and elsewhere its $100.

Went in thinking my phone screen was broken but it ended up just being the tempered glass screen protector that cracked. All the other places wouldn't even look at it to see if it was really the screen. The people here are very sincere, honest and nice people. Also, took in my boyfriends iPhone for a repair on the home button it took about an hour in a half and he said he wasn't going to charge if he couldn't get it working. He opened it up right there in front of us and let us know what the problem was. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
