Probably the worst experience i ever had. Staff was nice. Trying to charge me $406 for a drain and fill in my transmission + inspection included. Hell no. I payed for my inspection but i called my dad and asked him if that was too expensive bc it's like $800+ to take apart a transmission and it seemed really expensive to me. I'm so thankful i listened to my dad. Told the workers to stop working on my vehicle and they did. They didn't start on my car luckily. They told me bc i had no fluid in my transmission (even tho i did, it was just low) they wouldn't let me drive my car off the lot till they worked on it or till i got it towed out. Had my mom pick me up and take me to an auto store to buy fluid for my transmission. Went back to Rochas lot put some fluid in and drove back home. Took my car to a different mechanic and he gave me a way better price and did a phenomenal job. Never going to this place ever again.

I wouldn't go anywhere else than Rochas. I learned that lesson yrs ago! Rocha's take care of you!

Bigger and better than I expected. Large waiting room, coffee, TV, big shop, and friendly staff. I was in and out quickly for a smog. They accepted walk-ins for that, and I was overall pleasantly surprised at that. Knocked off a star for the cleanliness of the bathroom. It needed attention, wasn't the worst I've seen, but needed a little help.
I'll be back in the future and will update my review if needed.

I went to Rocha's with a hybrid battery problem. They correctly diagnosed the problem and the repair cost was fair, the work was excellent and speedy (once all the required parts were obtained). My vehicle runs better now than it has in years. I am very pleased with this shop and their work. I would highly recommend Rocha's to anyone especially hybrid owners.

This is possibly one of the best, most personable shops in Redding. Every time I’ve used them for a smog check they’ve not only gotten me in same day without an appointment, but I’m in and out within less than an hour. The staff is always friendly at the desk with ZERO upsell when they’re working on my vehicles. Will definately continue to use Rocha’s Auto Service in the future.

Seems like a well oiled machine. Calm demeanor of everyone working, people seemed happy. There didn’t seem to be confusion with techs and service managers, and it was efficient. A+ customer service.

I started with Rocha's when I came in & had Smog Done. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional. Fast, & in a timely manner. Great Job! I recently came in & Ronny waited on us. Veey friendly & professional. I had basically an inspection check throughout, replaced my thermostat, & installed new Radiator Hoses. Top & Bottom, & alot more services done to my Kia Sportage. Everyone is so nice and helpful at Rocha's. I bought a used truck and they went through the diagnostics with me so I understood what was needed now, what could wait. The prices were reasonable and the waiting area clean and roomy.
