Hands down the best muffler shop in SLO county. Kevin went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied; from ordering the perfect parts, to fitting me into his busy schedule. Highly recommend Rock Solid if you want it done right the first time.

My wife and I recently purchased a truck without any kind of bed liner, the dealership recommended Rock Solid because a couple of the staff there had used them for their personal vehicles and had a good experiences.
We gave Kevin a call, he was incredibly helpful and friendly so we arranged an appointment for later in the week. He was very flexible on arrival time and understood that because we were not locals we might be delayed getting to the shop.
When we arrived, he patiently answered all our questions and couldn't have been more easy to deal with. We left him to it and headed off to a breakfast place near by to kill some time while he completed the work. He called a few hours later, right around the time he said he would to inform us the truck was ready to be picked up.
Kevin's' workmanship was impeccable, he had removed the fitted tie down bars, bed lights and tail gate, applied the bed liner and then refitted everything exactly has it had been.
Overall we could't have asked for a better experience, it was a pleasure meeting Kevin, the work was excellent and the price competitive.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I will never go to another shop when it comes to my exhaust system. Kevin Went above and beyond the Call of Duty helping me fix my car I have never met another shop owner that was willing to go out of their way for a customer the way he did. Kevin from Rock solid was nothing but professional efficient and reasonably priced I would definitely recommend Rock solid!

Highly recommend Kevin for exhaust work. He did an awesome job on my 6.2 Raptor, customized a Flowmaster 50 Series HD from 2.5 to fit my dual 3 inch exhaust and kept it a bolt on install. He's a true craftsman and a super nice guy to work with. He even modified some exhaust bends to run my tail pipes through the bumper. Again, very nice work, no leaks, squeaks or rattles clean welds and very reasonable on price.

Kevin came through last minute before he closed on Friday. I had an emergency fix that needed to get done during our haul to Pismo. Cool a$$ dude. I was surprised to NOT see so many muffler shops in Paso, but I'm sure glad Rock Solid Muffler was there. Would definitely be a regular if I lived there. I was late, my car wouldn't go in gear, but he totally helped me fix it, then did a great job putting in the exhaust.

Work is 5 stars. The experience was super professional, as promised he was ready for me when I dropped off the truck by 9am and by 12pm the truck was ready. Would def reccomend.

Kevin did an exceptional job on my 2013 F 150; bed liner and coffin muffler to include bringing the pipe out in front of the wheel. Didn't even use a tape measure, did the cutting by sight and the welding of the pipe was perfect. I am looking forward to him doing my new/used 2015 Chevy Silverado soon!

Kevin is real pro and a nice dude, got a 40 series on my 06 jeep grand cherokee today it literally took just over an hour and at a great price! Not to mention it sounds great! If your looking to get exhaust i highly recommend Kevin at Rock Solid Mufflers & spray on, an all Around good experience.
