Rockin' Jump / Sky Zone Trampoline Park, Elk Grove CA

What a great place for kids to play my son is five and he had a blast with all his cousins that were around the same age. Me on the other hand I am 43 so this place was a little rough on me to say the least.adults beware kids will love it but you’ll be limping when you walk home lol.

Rockin Jump was a nice spot for my 10 year old to have her birthday! We booked last night on a Friday at 4: 30 & the place was essentially empty. It was cool because it felt like they had rein of the place. Our host was very attentive and made sure our party ran smoothly. He even jumped into the Cafe who was short staffed & helped get our pizzas made on time. I wish I caught his name because I would have given him a shout out. Overall great experience.

Great service by Z but horrible everything else. Bought a birthday package for my son and paid for ten kids to jump only four showed up. I asked if I could get a price adjustment they said no. The pizza was horrible and water tasted like dish water. Pepsi was flat this was just too expensive just to have this happen. Wouldn’t be coming back.

It was a dark night theme. Some older guys were wrestling and running around. There were few kids that could have got injured. Few of the ground staff were also participating and no one stopped them. I was with my kid and had to restrict her to only one area. I went to the front desk but the show didn’t stop. Finally I had to leave.

Nice clean facility. Staff was friendly and responsive. Came here for kids birthday party.

Great place for kids to jump, parties and etc.

Updating my review: I’ve been to this location so many times. Today we attended a birthday event. The place was not organized and prepared for quick check in, helping the host with the event and etc.we stood in the rock climbing line for quite some time. So many unhappy parents that were getting frustrated. They had one staff helping kids for rock climbing. I wish they had two staffs there to help out. In past, when there was long line they would allow kids one chance to climb. Although line was long, they allowed twice. Which is not fair. And I asked the staff how come kids are going twice? She replied we’re allowing two turns. Kids are on timed event and standing in long line will use up the hourly time.

What we parents noticed, the staff was not paying attention and some kids were doing three times. Right when it was my kids turn, the staff changed and the new staff said one time allowed. Hello, these little kids waited so long. Why inconsistency? I would suggest training the staffs. My daughter fell down while jumping. The staff saw what happened but she was standing in staring. Older kids were jumping at the same time. I wish they could separate older and younger kids. I wish the staff showed compassionate to ask if she was okay or tell the older kids to be careful. Unfortunately she’s not 6 and younger so she couldn’t go to younger section.
Management please provide better service, training to staffs and cap out the customers if not enough staffs available.

Honestly I went there with my younger cousins and it was pretty bad service. Yes I understand that it was busy when we went that weekend however there was a problem when it came to ordering the food. My younger cousin ordered pizza that was an all meat kind. They did not ask her for name for the order nor did they give her the receipt. We waited 45 mins for the pizza and we kept constantly asking for our order and the Asian guy behind the register said oh yea we have a lot of orders right now. Terrible service and very unsanitary from the girl touching her hair with the gloves and doing the pizza. Within 30 mins of us waiting one of the guys went up to another customer with our pizza but the guy said said no that’s not his and as we were coming to say that it was ours the guy put the pizza back always and crumbled up the receipt. We came back and waited in line and demanded that we have been waiting for our pizza for 45 mins passed our time being in the building. The Asian cashier said oh we called your name but 1, they didn’t say our name with that pizza and 2, they crumbled up the receipt. Another guy agreed saying oh we called your name but they did not. They finally handed us our pizza and our fries because the guy knew our order had fries. And they did not apologize for it. Never coming back here again. And I would like to speak to the manager if they see this message.

This place is pretty amazing I love it! Way better then the other jump place its a little hidden but prices are great and its a overall cool establishment. Not as cool as defy or urban air but urban air is kind of pricey if you want to do the attractions as well as jump. Defy is definitely my favorite because of the variety of jumping areas and trampoline obstacle courses where rockin jump is essentially just trampolines with little variations between jumping area.

Kids had so much fun. Couldn't get enough of Rockin' Jump. Best Pizza ever, all of the employees were so organized. All were Busy little Bees. Nice and Friendly.

Clean and friendly staff. Especially Ana who serve us and took care of my niece Birthday Party. Arigato and Ua Tsang. Ana. Keep up the Good work and hospitality service.

Fun for the children and adults alike. Not too crowded on weekdays. I like how there is a separate section for young children, but perhaps they could add a little more to it. The place also seemed very clean

Great place for kids to run their energy and have fun, they have a dodge ball section.
A basketball section also a rock climbing center. They have a small section of arcade.
They have two rooms for birthday parties. Overall it’s a fun place.

Rockin Jump is one of our places to go during summertime! It is fully air conditioned, has a bunch of different activities for the kids to get their energy out, is clean and reasonably priced. I highly suggest going in the morning, to avoid crowds. Bring your own water bottle and a snack, so you aren’t shelling out unnecessary money, and don’t forget your special socks if you already have a pair!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CHILD’S BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE! They are horrible! They overbook the parties like crazy. You are herded in and out like sheep on a clock. The party before mine that was scheduled went 15 minutes over their time cramming into my time and Rockin Jump staff did not give me the 45 minutes in the party room that I paid for. I had only 30 minutes and would have to pay for a time extension if I wanted the full 45 minutes since the party before me went overtime. How is that my fault? The staff didn’t care, they just care about their own agenda and keeping the parties coming. I told that as a part of the party package I would have a party host (it even lists it’s included on their website). I did not have one. All she did was check-in my guests and bring the pizza and drinks. That’s it. She did not help with anything else. There is not enough staff, not enough room, and not enough time. There are ZERO accommodations for adult/elderly attendees. I even witnessed an elderly lady FALL while I was there and the STAFF DID NOT CARE OR NOTICE UNTIL I SAID SOMETHING TO THEM AND EVEN THEN THEY STILL DID NOT CARE. It was so horrible! I felt so sorry for that family. I was told we would have a safe place to put our belongings while we jumped and waited for the party room and all they had were wire carts out in the open where it could just be a thief’s free for all. AND they were so overbooked THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A WIRE CART FOR US ANYWAYS. My husband had to miss pretty much half the party just so he can stay behind and watch everyone’s stuff. IT WAS SO BAD. I paid almost $500 and I am so extremely disappointed. I went to talk with the manager when my son’s party was done and he said “he was busy” and talked ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE while I waited to talk to him for a half hour! He knew I was waiting to talk with him too! The staff is horrible. The place is dirty as well, not clean at all! If I could give zero stars I would. This was my sons 1st birthday and I thought it would be an amazing and fun experience but it was not. Beware of having your next celebration here!

Had a blast with my 7 year old. Everybody there seemed to be having a great evening. Thank you for the memories. Only negative event was the snack bar closes too early.lol

Tot time is usually great. We went today, a holiday, because they offered an extra tot time. There were like 15-20 families there when it opened, and there was one worker present. ONE. My friend waited in line 30 minutes to get in. They also let kids in who were clearly over six- probably about 11. So I don't recommend going on a holiday.
