It was a last minute deal my great-grandson's sixth birthday we shared it there with him he enjoyed it so much my first time being there it was nice and clean and it served Pizza how about that I'm the only one that didn't know LOL

It’s okay it’s definitely for kids not adults. It’s nothing fancy but the kids loved it. I really liked the staff wore bright neon tshirts so you know who they are. The staff were friendly and the the guy who worked room #3 was awesome. He was very patient with the small kids. He helped with the birthday party. He also helped us clean up too. Food bar selection was not impressive. The weather was HOT OMG HOT. The place was WELL air conditioned and comfortable. Overall it’s a nice place to take small kids and young adults to hangout and burn off some energy.

My grandson played a video motorcycle game, it stated 3 plays for $5. After two games it indicated $1 credit toward a third $2 game. The manager instructed me to swipe my credit card again. I questioned this as I expected it to change $5 as it did before. She assured me that it wouldn’t. After swiping my card and being charge $5 more dollars. I ask for my money back. She offer gift cards an concessions but stated she couldn’t give back $5. She then called her supervisor who also declined to return the payment. I acted on the advice of the manager and they refused to refund me and stated that I contact the game company.

This place is terrible as the chaperone of a 2 year old have to pay separate. And they have you pay another 3$ each for socks coz they dont allow a different non slip sock other than theirs. Isnt that too ripped off for a plain trampoline that doesnt even have strict safety precaution having big kids (teenagers) play on the same area with the toddlers. Above all they dont have refund policy (why?) afterall making us register and pay and then they tell us for another payment fo socks. What a bad experience for a first time visit!

This place is terrible I took 3 of my kids on a Friday and their Rick climbing was was close and so was another area where the kids jump into a large area of foam balls. I purchased 2 hrs which is the longest time available $81. After I noticed that all this was close I asked for less time because I knew my kids were going to get bored. They told me they don't do returns so I wa.s stuck. They should let you know up front before your purchase your time that certain things are not available. Super disappointed because this is the 2nd time I come and the rock walk is closed. Save your money and go elsewhere. Overpriced and sections are always closed/ blocked off.

This place is horrible. It’s small, super hot and a few of the activities were closed. Not only was the facility dirty there weren’t enough balls for the kids to play dodgeball or basketball…the balls that they did have were deflated. I wouldn’t waste my money or time here. Find another trampoline for your children.

Not necessarily bad but half the place was closed due to staff shortages and they still charged full price. The staff that were there were nice.

Extremely dirty, trash, beads and junk all over the trampolines, barley any balls for the kids to play dodgeball and the ones they have are dirty, ripped and damaged. Very expensive for such a dirty broke down trampoline park. Half the attractions are not working, employees are not helpful at all or kid friendly. This place needs some serious upgrades!

Regular jumping here is pretty fun, but booking a party here is definitely not worth the price. It’s pretty expensive for having only 1 hour in the room. We were extremely rushed and had to move out of the room while doing presents. Don’t waste your money on a party experience here.

Got here to get my son's birthday party together and they are closed during business hours with no notice.

Came here to help celebrate my nephew’s birthday. I’ve seen how management interact with customers— not very fond of how they handle customer issues. Speaking as a neutral third party here. In my honest opinion, this place needs a new management team who’re able to treat customers with compassion and care.

My kids love this place. Just went to a party here, the host was very pretty and nice. My one of my cousins lost their Jordan's here and they (manager/front desk) were suppose to call. Never did. Had to buy new shoes.

The place is generally very clean, and most of the areas are well attended. Plenty of stuff to do, and worth the cost. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of how busy they get on the weekends. It can be very hectic.

Not enough staff.teenagers we're interfering with smaller guests and stuff just watched no supervision

It has been a long time since we have been. We went this afternoon and it was my 4 year olds first visit and he had a blast! Allison is the BEST! My son wanted to say goodbye to her before we left and give her a hug. She definitely made the experience very memorable and fun! Thank you Allison!
