Rockin Jump Concord reviews
17Toddler time is just a suggestion. By 945 on Sunday the place was overran with much larger kids. We drive further and get up earlier to go to toddler time. I wish it was enforced. Maybe don't sell bands to older kids till like 30 min prior to general time, or older siblings should stay in one section until toddler time is done.
Good, clean bouncing areas and facility. The music was unnecessarily loud. Couldn't talk to people around without yelling. Couldn't even hear the worker's instructions over the loud speakers. The arcade has good modern games but at least 25% were unplugged or off.
Have a birthday party and play games but you have to pay to get the card like 1,10,20,30,50 bucks.
I honestly don’t know what I paid over 400 on.we get there early and they only had one person working a long line causing us to wait for over 25 minutes. We paid for a neon night yet the lights stayed on. We paid for the private dodge ball game and they let people who didn’t come with us in. Pizza came late and I honestly feel like if you guys want to do a birthday party here you should just pay individually and buy enough tickets. “ birthday pack “ lol I paid for a room, which you guys DONT need to do! I saw families at the normal tables with birthday cakes and we would of been happy just doing that. It was fun for the kids I just don’t like how I paid over 400 for practically nothing. I had to go behind the ropes to the rock climbing wall because there was no one there to unstrap my daughter.probably will go again but I’m not paying for any more “ extra goodies “ it’s not worth it just let the kids jump
Great for kids. I wish their electronic door worked AND I WISH THEY HAD BETTER SECURITY. There can be a ton of children at any given time and they can come and go as they please. I've seen other places stamp the kids and adults as they come in.
As a just go to one on one it’s fun. I do not recommend for birthday parties.
I had to ask several times for them to put our cakes in a fridge they didn’t until 20 mins till our room time. We paid 400 for the most unorganized rudest customer service. Our poor host was trying to correct all the issues that everyone kept making for her. We were told incorrect information about a private jump time which was fine mistakes happen. But the way the young male explained it was down right rude as hell. He told my mother in law “yeah we don’t do that here” but in the most disrespectful tone. When it could have been a simple sorry the person misspoke on the phone. When it was our turn to do the private dodge ball game they didn’t even call us. We had to go to the manager 4 times to even correct the mistake. And even when it was “corrected” at the end the girls in charge of the ball area was still allowing people not from our party in and then I was timing it cut our game short by 5 mins. We are already only getting 15 mins. For 400 dollars I expected more organization. The photos I attached was during our “private” game. None of those kids were apart of our party expect my son.
Fun place for kids and teenagers, you can also schedule your kids birthday food and drinks served
They had kids birthday pastries down to a science. Would recommend for any 5-10 yr old bday parties
It is a great place for kids to spend a couple of hours.we went there for a birthday party and kids had fun
My main man Paul made sure my daughter had an exceptional birthday party. Paul is a well-mannered disciplined young man, and with the way he treated my family tonight (which was really well) I wish nothing but the best, Kudos PauI I
appreciate the hospitality.
So much fun at the special small kids time was not crowded. Very clean and maintained place.
We had to wait to get to our area, then once we got there. We only had 30 minutes to celebrate with my great grand daughter.
My Gbaby and older kids love this place. I grab my coupons from the Groupon app and use them on the same day. I love this. When you play the games, the tickets you win now register to the card. You don't have to hold a bunch of tickets. Like this new feature. It makes it much easier to get your prizes. 1
It is okay. They have only 4 swing for everyone. There is no section designated for older kids. So the little ones can't even stand up because the older ones are bouncing or jumping. The place doesnt have a lot to do.
Review I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rockin Jump Concord, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the energy and excitement in the air were contagious.
One of the things that impressed me the most was the variety of activities available. Whether you're a child or an adult, there's something for everyone. The trampoline park offers a wide range of trampolines, foam pits, basketball hoops, and even a challenging ninja course. It's a perfect place to let loose, have fun, and get active.
The staff at Rockin Jump Concord was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable while enjoying the different attractions. They were also mindful of the cleanliness of the facility, which was great to see.
The trampolines themselves were in excellent condition and well-maintained. Bouncing around on them was an absolute blast. I particularly enjoyed the foam pit area, where I could jump freely and land safely.
Another thing I appreciated was the attention to safety. Rockin Jump Concord takes precautions seriously and provides clear instructions on how to enjoy the park safely. This is especially important for families bringing their children as it ensures everyone has a fun and worry-free experience.
Overall, I had a fantastic time at Rockin Jump Concord. It's a place where you can let go of your inhibitions, challenge yourself physically, and have a great time with friends and family. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a fun-filled and thrilling adventure.
A simple place to take the children to discharge energy by jumping. There are sectors by age. You will also find a game sector of those that give prizes in tickets, and a small food sector of which I cannot comment since I only saw it. And finally free lockers in case you need to store something.
And you can take advantage of having a massage while you wait since there are many massage chairs, but you do have to pay.
Love taking the kiddos here and “grownups” can play on the trampolines too…or use the massage chairs. There’s trampoline dodge ball, obstacles, and the spread of the trampolines reminds me of Fern Gully. You’ll see.
