Rockin' Jump San Dimas reviews
10I cant for the life of me figure out why they post a huge sign that says 6 yr old n parent $16 then refuse to honor it even after i pointed it out to the employee first he tried to say it was only good on certain weekdays so i pointed out it says no such thing anywhere but he still refused so im looking for a new trampoline park thats more honest.
Love bringing the kids here for some jumping on the weekend. It’s clean and more kid friendly than sky zone.
The staff member with the key to open doors was 15 minutes late. Glass doors were filthy, as was the carpeting inside. The staff was very friendly and quick to get everyone checked in. The bathroom was clean.
My kids loved it here. It’s pretty basic as far as trampoline parks go. The staff was attentive and helpful, they sanitized hand rails regularly and supervised the kids pretty well.
The park itself was clean and the attractions were intact and safe
We held my granddaughters birthday party here and it was WONDERFUL from beginning to end. It was easy to make reservations and they helped with the plañning. They were kind and tended to every need we had. On top of everything else they also gave her a generous gift of 90 minute blocks of jump time every day for 30 days. Yes, 270 minutes free jump time! I highly recommend them for anything from a couple hours of playtime to celebrating a birthday.
Well this was one of my first time being at a trampoline park, and I would say that it was a good experience overall. We went during one of their specials on Saturday from 10 am to 12, where kids would be half off, and where the parents can join for free. The only thing I wish they would have told me was that we needed grip socks. If you have any, make sure that you do bring them or you will end up buying them each for $4 a pair.
They had a few rooms, with dodgeball areas foam pit area, a basketball hoop area but only one hoop, and a foam pit to jump in. I just wished that there was a bit more upkeep, because you could see that it was not very clean in multiple places, as some people brought drinks that was not just water which will cause the floor to be sticky. You can see that some of the dodgeballs were also starting for fall apart.
The lockers they have are free, so that was a positive, but the arcade area is quite expensive. They give you the option to use your credit card but you would end up having to play a few games and not just one.
Like I said regardless it was a decent experience, but if I didn’t come during the discount time and paid full price, i may have some different thoughts.
This place thought this through. The exterior is beautiful and makes you feel like you are in a different state. Inside not only will you find the traditional jumping activities for the kiddos but also massage chairs and sports for parents. We went on a Sunday and of course football was the name of the game. Fathers had several options for football games. In addition they have a party room to enjoy a good birthday party. I had a Groupon which helped because I took my nieces with me. Using the Groupon was very easy and well worth me saving over $20.
Way too expensive $22 per person for an hour. The only thing I can think of is their insurance must be through the roof. Friendly people everybody seems to be having a good time.
Guy at the counter was friendly, but this place is supervised by young teens (they seem nice at least) and it is small/not as many activities compared to others. Also, the massage chairs beep if you sit in them without paying and it is very annoying. It’s not the worst place, but I definitely don’t understand all the 5 star reviews.
Had my son's birthday party here. The staff was super friendly and so helpful! It was super fun and the kids loved using all the different trampolines. There are a few video games to play and they sell snacks and drinks at the front desk. Highly recommend Rockiin' Jump!
