I don’t leave reviews often, but after such a terrible experience with Dr. Ooi and his office staff, I had to write something. If you assistance with anything outside of flu, or have a medical condition, be forewarned as they see numerous referrals as “overburdensome” and “too specialized” for their office. When I called to Dad’s about my referrals, they said I was a lot of work. I was advised to find a new PCP, so I did just that!

Dr. Chima has been the best provider I've had yet. The office staff is always very prompt and friendly as well. I appreciate everyone at this office

My infusion nurse was concerned about my blood pressure and called into the office with concerns. Received a call back and got an appointment as soon as they could get me in which was a cancellation. Had my appointment with Dr. Ooi and changed my blood pressure meds and I have seen positive results within days. Their Covid-19 procedures are very good.

We Absolutely Love and Respect Dr. Chima. Yes we waited a bit, but, Dr. Chima is worth the wait. So knowledgeable of sports injuries and so much more. When spoken to another Dr.regarding Dr. Chima; the Dr. I was seeing spoke highly of Dr. Chima, said he was impressed with him whenever he had the chance to speak with him directly. Thank you Dr. Chima, your Awesome!

Dr. Harris is very good at his profession and works really hard to provide proper care for his patients. A majority of our family sees Dr. Harris

Used to provide detailed visits in which all issues were addressed. Now it seems as though, many of the PA's and other staff are rushing around with other unrelated agendas. Leaving the patient to have to "fend for themselves". In essence, direct the appointment, for not much will be discussed if you don't. Doctors Chima and Ooi however, have always been exceptional. If you're unable to get an appointment with either of the M. D. 's, I wouldn't recommend being seen by anyone else as its a waste of time.

Taking my elderly mother to Rocklin Family Practice has been a very good experience for her & me too. Nurse Practioner Janina and her Medical Assistant Linda has been such a blessing for my mother's care; they both are always caring, concerned, patient and especially professional at all times. All of this also applies to the front office staff as they greet you with a smile and handle your appointment and business. I am so grateful for Rocklin Family Practice!
