Rat infested among every other critter you can think of infested. Management’s solution to fixing a rat hole inside the home was to “stuff it with paper towels”…. Neighbors are incredibly rude and don’t pick up after themselves either. Outdated appliances for the amount they’re trying to charge people. No use in brining any suggestions to management, they’ve made it clear they don’t care. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Worse living experience ever.

Hi. My name is Emilia and I live at Rocklin Gold Apartments in Rocklin CA. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I myself use to be a Leasing Consultant so I know this industry very well. I called Fair Housing and I found out that each time you send out a vendor and they claimed an issue was fixed, that restarts a new claim or work order. Since my issue was a closed work order or claim we should’ve been reimbursed after that claim had been completed.
My AC has been out for over 2 months and I can’t keep dealing with this heat, especially in June. The person I have been speaking to keeps saying "you can’t be reimbursed because the AC is not fixed" but the apartment has been told multiple time it's fixed even though it has been by vendors and they listened to them and closed the claim there for making us wait even longer to get it fixed. Clearly trying to buy themselves time at our expense. They clearly know it’s extremely hot in this apartment every day which is absolutely unacceptable. It’s gotten over 80 degrees in our apartment, and I have sent pictures I took of the AC proving the heat in our space. So therefore that claim or should I say claims have been closed, so we should’ve gotten reimbursed by now. We should’ve been reimbursed a couple times by now.
We have had so many issues with this complex and nothing seems to get done. It's now making sense onto why they are rated a low star complex. We have been beyond patient and at this point we are done. We have even asked for a new apartment same size and they refused us. At this point we are looking to get out of our lease as this is caused us so much stress and money.
