Our AC stopped working yesterday afternoon (Saturday) and we were able to call and get an appointment for today, Sunday. We received a phone call about 8: 00am this morning to let us know they were able to be here in about thirty minutes instead of between noon and 2pm today. We were ecstatic! Rocklin heating and air to the rescue! Quickly fixed and just so thankful for such a responsive and professional company and staff! Thank you!

I had a great experience with this company who recently replaced my HVAC system and all my flex ducting in the attic. David was the sales guy who came out & provided quotes & Shawn was the install manager. The crew wrapped up the job in one day to replace an old system. Their quote was fair and the system has been great through the recent 110 degree weekend we just experienced. I did have Shawn come out to do a quality control check post install to ensure a few items were good to go. I appreciated Rocklin Heating & Air on the job well done.

Rocklin Heating and Air installed our HVAC system in 2019. They were reasonably priced and provided great service. Last night the AC unit stopped cooling. I put in a service request around midnight and they called me back at 7: 30 the next morning. Then the technician showed up at 8am, quickly identified the problem (dead capacitor), and fixed it on the spot. And this was during a heat wave. I couldn't ask for better service.

The service tech, Joe, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot my systems quickly and get us back in cooling mode just in time for the upcoming heat wave. I chose to call Rocklin Air based on the excellent reviews on Nextdoor and everyone was right! ROCKLIN AIR ROCKS!

I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Rocklin Heating & Air. My A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called them and was able to talk to someone right away, who set a same day appointment. The tech showed up on time, was professional, diagnosed the problem (Bad run capacitor), had a replacement part on his truck. He fixed it and was done in less than 30 minutes. He also, checked the system for freon leaks. I appreciate the prompt service and saving me from having to go through several days without A/C during a heat wave.

They were professional, efficient, and courteous. With the upcoming hot weather, they were able to install a new system with very little notice. Amazing company!
