Rocklin Park Hotel and Spa

This is a nice stop along Highway 80. If you need to take a respite it’s quite clean and it could use a little fixing up and a bit of paint here and there but the rooms are rented out a fair price and it was clean. They also took my dog for $20 more.

I almost don't want to leave a good review because I don't want to let out the secret that Rocklin Park is the hidden gem of hotels in Rocklin! I was shocked at how quiet and slow this place was when it was so clean and the staff was so kind! I definitely will be back and will be keeping Rocklin Park as my top choice when looking for a room! If you're lucky Bridget will have made apple cider that is the cherry on top with the days getting colder!

Great location next to Interstate 80 in Rocklin! I stayed here for 2 nights on my way to Tahoe. Rooms have been newly upgraded with modern furniture. Breakfast bar was amazing with many options, including a waffle maker and pancake machine. I had a seamless experience with the front desk. Overall an enjoyable stay.

As DJ Rockalot I have performed a few weddings here and the Event Center is always on point! Looks great, runs great and all the staff knows exactly what they are doing!

My family and I were dislocated by the fires and reservations were made for us by a relief program. Due to a glitch of some sort it showed we needed to still pay upon arrival. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW SOLEY FOR THE AMAZING AND COMPASSIONATE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE EXPERIENCED WITH LORIE, who stayed late and took time she didn't have to to get things sorted out. Despite some hotel policies that made it a difficult task to get things worked out, we are so grateful that she did. Lorie was a lifesaver for our family today during an already very difficult time, in an especially challenging circumstance. Thank you Lorie!

This place was a rip off, we paid more than $300 for a "king suite" and got a room that was a joke. The private spa is a bath tub in a bathroom that the door handle is falling off of, when you walk in to the main room, it's just an empty space with an attached bedroom. The one highlight was a balcony, which many hotels have. The real joke was the service, we literally had no towels in the room and not even a coffee maker. The little coffee pods are on the table to give you hope, but no way to prepare them. Pool and hot tub looked gross and creepy, plus the people staying around there were interesting to say the least. I worried about my car in the parking lot the whole night. They need to spend some money on the building and hire decent contractors, looks like they did it themselves, landscaping is non existent. Maybe a vacuum cleaner would be a good investment as well, the common areas carpets are gross. Looks like it may have once been a nice place, now being ran into the ground.

Went there for a lupus charity event. I thought the venue was very well put together, especially the outside of the view is nice.

The front desk said we had a reservation and that it would be a $30 early check in. When I arrived, she didn't have our reservation and told us to come back at 11: 30. The woman who looked like a manager was extremely rude and told us we didn't have a reservation and they were all booked out.

When I checked in I noticed there was a hair net over the smoke alarm in my room. The ceiling was to high to get to without a ladder so I wasn't really worried about it. After I checked out I never got my $100 deposit back so I called and was informed that I wasn't going to get it because I had smoked in the room which I didn't he said because they found a hairnet over the smoke detector that they were going to charge me for smoking even though the room did not smell like smoke had no signs of smoking or anything to do with like that and he could not give me that kind of an answer only that I was not getting my deposit back cuz there's a hair net over the smoke detector and I didn't report it when I first checked in seems kind of fishy to me and dirtbag move. Not to mention the rooms are very outdated and need to be brought up with the times.

Horrible. Dirty. Trash all over grounds. Broken security latch on door, window screen also broken. Lampshades torn. Moldy grout on tile floor. Someone else's dirty laundry left behind. Rude, uncaring desk staff. No sign of housekeeping. Terrible sugar and carb laden 'breakfast' was stale and room it was sweved in was dirty.

Don't book this place.

This place was horrible would never stay here again it the rooms were not cleaned had to switch rooms and still were not clean hallway were dirty and the hot tub was green and full of bugs

Dirty. Wallpaper peeling. No security latch on door. Screen broken and falling off. Dirt inside mini fridge. Sink didn't drain. O housekeeping service in 5 days, even after asking for it. No coffee maker. Hot tub broken and full of trash and green water. Junk piled up near pool. Broken appliance in hallway. Trash everywhere. Desk almost always unattended. When triwd to check out early, got charged for another whole week. Rude desk clerk. Breakfast has zero options for people who can't have sugar and carbs. Someone tried to come in our room while do not disturb sign was up, we think they were wanting to steal fromua since they don't do housekeeping, why were they there? Do not stay here.

0 stars. Filthy. Run down. They don't vacuum. They don't pick up trash. They entered our room with a do not disturb sign while we were in it. Untrustworthy staff who are rude. Contest your bill or stay? They threaten you with the police. Never ever come here. No security. Nobody around to help. Carb and sugar breakfast no protein in sight. Worst place in recent memory.

The rooms were dirty. Some staff were nice but overall experience was horrible. Would not recommend this hotel no matter the price. They clearly do the bare minimum
