Rockwood at the Cascades Apartments

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. We spoke with Roland and he told us we can view an apartment at 10am today. We drove an hour to get there to have an employee tell us "I was told to answer phones, not to show an apartment". He then tried to figure out what can be done and then tells us they "can't find the keys" to the apartment for us to view. He also told us that we should look into Greystar rentals instead because Rockwood is really unprofessional and unsafe for residents. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Rockwood is a great place to live Everyone that works here are very friendly and Maintenance Mario has been here many years and makes Rockwood look beautiful he keeps high Maintenance thank you Everyone who makes Rockwood a great place to call home Highly recommended the

Place used to be good management not accurate pool is always closed CCTV don’t work they said we have security but not really smh

This place used to be great. At least it was when I lived here back in 2015. I moved back in at the end of 2020, and man has it changed. Everything is literally falling apart. The maintenance people are actually super cool, but management and the owners have them putting bandaids on bullet wounds. They only replace something if they can’t figure out a way to jimmy rig it. Also, they just raised the rent 8.3 percent! Talk about some greedy owners! This place was already expensive for it’s location, but now they want 3k a month for a 2bed 2bath. They’re are definitely some attractive things about living in this complex (the surrounding area), but none of them actually have anything to do with living in this facility. There’s basically an rv park in front of the complex. The security cameras do not work, and vehicles get broken into left and right. For 3k a month, you could really do a lot better.

Mario the maintenance professional helps out with any mechanical problem! Makes living at Rockwood at the Cascades worth it! Should be here for many years to come definitely the best! Happy Holidays to all!

My experience at the Rockwood Cascades was amazing. Management went above and beyond to assure the process went smooth and stress less. They were detailed and flexible. As a case manager that engages with many property managers and owners this by far was such a great experience.

This place is amazing, we moved in recently and we love how quiet it is inside our apartment, I barely hear my neighbors and when I do, I can't quite tell where it's coming from. The process of signing the lease was made a breeze with the help of Catalina.

When we moved in, there was some minor repairs that needed to be done, I made a list of over 20+ things to take care of.
Mario and his assistant Karina scheduled an appointment window with me to come and fix everything, and they were done in 30 minutes. I was so impressed by the level of attention and excellent work they did.

So far this is the best place we've rented at.

There are a few things I'd like to say. I have been a resident at Rockwood since 2013. It is a beautiful property to live in. For the last 3-4 years the management has been truly outstanding. They're kind and consideration was deeply appreciated last year, when the world was in such a serious crisis. It was a pleasure to come home to this property. Actually it has been beyond a pleasure to come home to this property even the year before the pandemic and now. I am a professional as well and I deal with a lot of customer care. What I can say about Adam and Catalina, the staff at this property is that they not only just care for you, they care about you! Which is a rare quality. I would like to also acknowledge the maintenance manager Mario at this property who is extremely competent.even in an emergency situation (off duty) he will respond without question. So overall as I've mentioned before it is beyond a pleasure to call home!

Welcome to the Rockwood at the Cascades!
This place is sooooo ghetto! People yelling and fighting in the parking lot in the middle of the night. My car has been broken into 3 times in 1 year. Forget about finding a parking spot. Cars are constantly left stripped in front of the building. There is about 20 mobile homes directly outside the building with trash everywhere. This used to be a really nice place to live but with the current management, I have watched this place go from a luxury apartment building to the equivalent of the Public Housing Authority. You can find a much nicer place for the price.
But take my word for it. Roll the dice and sign a lease.

All I can say is “Wow! ” This community has everything you could ever need! A beautiful pool, luxurious unit, and great staff! By far the best maintenance I have ever experienced. Work orders are done timely and always such a smooth process. The manager, Adam, and leasing consultant, Catalina, are both so friendly and professional. I love it here!

Worst place to live. Avoid this place. The management team dont really care about the place. Lots of robbing going on. If you want your car to be robbed, come enjoy here. You wont even get a copy or any evidence from the security camera. They will not share it or check on it. So again, this is a good place if you want to get robbed.
