Rodeway Inn Ontario Mills Mall

I stayed at this hotel for one night on November 16 and I have not received my $100 deposit

It's a decent place to chill and get some rest. Quiet and uneventful location. No bugs. Staff is amicable and Housekeeping is adequate. It's "around the block" from Ontario Mills, so plenty of places to eat and shop. Minor maintenance issues, but nothing severe enough to create discomfort. Just FYI - despite what Priceline indicates, they are now NOT pet friendly, with the exception of service dogs. ESA is accepted with a therapist letter, but there's a $150 deposit.

Kinda upset. It's been days and I haven't gotten paid back from the 100$ deposit.
Called, and was hung up on, and called again there was a "busy" dial tone.

No Airport shuttle so, went to Holiday Inn Express. Front desk person at Rodeway Inn was on another planet.

One of the worst motels I've ever stayed in. Asked about the prices on the vending machine, the clerk told me it was $1, I put in $3 didn't give anything didn't refund my money, it's a scam machine. Clerk refused to refund me. My room has roaches in it. With all the semi trucks and railroad next door barely got any sleep throughout the night. Barely any water pressure in the shower. Terrible experience.

They're very nice and clean rooms aesthetic wise what else could you expect for the prices

Gonna be here for awhile until I find a new home todays day number 3 and i got to say absolutely no complaints the room is clean the atmospher as far as staff and management is excellent i couldn't be happier i have my privacy with alot of amenities surrounding the hotel will be updating my review as time goes on but as far as now totally recommend

Do not risk it!

Made a reservation weeks in advanced and they day of check they claimed not to have my reservation. There were several other people being told the same thing that day. I check my bank statement and they charged anyway. I called and again they claimed I was not in the system.

Front desk staff was rude and not helpful at getting this issue resolved. This hotel does not honor reservations

Booked and prepaid for hotel based off photos on booking big mistake! Room smelled heavy of cigarettes, bathroom light and fan were extremely dirty and light only worked when it felt like it. Bed cover had many holes, one towel looked like it was never washed, and the smoke alarm was found in one of the dresser drawers. Felt very uncomfortable with the night clerk watching us get our bags from our car to the room so much we decided to get the rest of our stuff later that night. Come later that night he was literally sitting on the steps in the middle of the property next to our room and once again was watching our every move. It was very creepy! Will never go back to this location.

This is not a bad place, to be honest. The only thing that disgusted me was how they didn't change the sheets from my room, and it had a small TV
(Small problem light was also not functioning)

This looked like it came out of a horror movie. It was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

Too many surprises. They don't allow oversized vehicles including self-move trucks or trailers of any type. Don't be mislead by the obviously oversized parking spaces painted on the rear lot and clearly visible on maps. The policy was not disclosed during the online reservation process, in the confirmation email, or prominently posted at check-in. The surrounding streets are all red curb (No Parking) so I had to pay an additional $30 per night to park my box truck at the adjacent truck stop. They do not straighten the room if you are staying multiple nights. You need to beg for fresh towels. Activity on the mainline train track, across the street, can be quite loud. The bathroom sink was cracked all the way from the overflow hole to the drain fitting. The crack I saw in a bathroom floor tile turned out to be a 12+ inch long black hair (not mine). On the positive side, except as noted, the room was OK and the ice was frozen. Would I stay here again? No way.

The rooms are OK clean, the train that runs past all hours of the night and lot lizards from the truck stop across the street are the only bad points about this place

I stayed here with my family for a week and began regretting it around day three. If we had known the pool hasn't worked in two years we wouldn't have booked it and if we would have been able to get an immediate refund we would have left. Housekeeping never stepped foot in our room! I had to hunt them down for toilet paper and towels. When I complained I was told "sorry, there's nothing we can do". There were roaches and or spiders in the room and bathroom. The sink barely had a trickle to wash your hands with, I ended up using the tub faucet for that. The AC fan was so loud it gave us headaches but it was so hot in the room we had to use it. The pillows were so flat it was as if we weren't using them at all and the mattresses were so uncomfortable we did not get restful sleep! If you are looking for just a bed for a night or two and nothing else this place is fine but for an extended stay, go somewhere else!

I reserved my 3 day stay here at this Rodeway Inn from June 23-26, and I must stay I enjoyed my time here and the room was very clean and the hotel clerks were very nice, friendly, and professional excellent customer service and had no major issues during my time here except for when I requested to have a no smoking room but they only had a smoking room available. But I decided to keep the room and everything was great. Enjoyed my time here in Ontario and Los Angeles and seeing my special friend during my visit my time here. I’m so happy and I will look forward to coming back to this hotel again soon.
