Dr. Kasendorf is very passionate about what he does. He’s an enthusiastic and effectively outgoing communicator with his treatment plans which I think is wonderful in a doctor. I enjoy seeing and talking with him aside from his vast knowledge on my nerve pain situation. I highly recommend consulting with him and creating a care plan with him. I’m grateful I have! A big thanks to him and his wonderfully organized staff. They ask very helpful and specific questions

Initially, he seemed charming and empathetic. However, when I was eventually placed in a room, his demeanor became arrogant and unsympathetic. He continually left the room many times without a word. Kassendorf did none of the appropriate examination. I was left feeling ignored and inconsequential. I have since retained a pain specialist with the necessary empathy and decorum. He was thorough, organized and created a viable plan for my needs. I felt seen and heard. The confidence he imbued within me helped to assuage the doubts after seeing Kassendorf. Persons in severe chronic pain need a doctor with the qualifications of knowledge and sincerity. It is a difficult field to be in so be mindful and steadfast when choosing a pain management doctor. Dr. Kasendorf is definitely one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is thorough, caring, and extremely knowledgable.
His great personality and business skills are icing on the cake.

During my first visit, he came into the lobby to introduce himself and let me know what to expect. After I filled out the intake documents, he and his intern reviewed them carefully and asked insightful questions. I didn't have to repeat everything like I have had to at other doctor's visit. He carefully reviews the notes and adds to them each visit which is extremely helpful. I have been to others who cannot remember anything and have no notes from which to refer.

I look forward to my appointments as I know I will be getting the best care for my body! Yay!

Best pain management doctor in SoCal, period, hands down! Hard to find a more caring and knowledgeable doctor as him.

If even 10% of the doctors out there were like him, we would not have health issues in this country. I wish every doctor was like him.
