Went into Rogers Jewelry on East Bidwell in Folsom Ca today for a minor watch repair. My interaction with Shane was outstanding! He is polite, professional, and the customer service he provided is top notch! He makes the efforts to connect with the customer on a personal level. Great experience!

Jody is my gal! Always excellent service with a smile! She’s helped me with so many purchases.

We needed help with jewelry repair and restringing of family pearls. The team at Rogers were excellent to work with and kept us informed of progress. They were able to deliver the repair with excellent quality and they beat the estimated time needed for the work.
We would use them again and if we were in the market for new jewelry/men's watches we would go to their store FIRST!

I have been in a few times for battery changes and the service was always great. Yesterday I stopped by to see if they had a watch band pin for my Garmin which they don't even carry to my knowledge. The man that assisted me (didn't catch his name) searched all over the place and eventually came back with a new pin and told me it was on him. That is what true service is about, thank you!

I stopped in here, because I got a ring stuck on my finger and Shane was SO helpful in removing it and keeping me calm! The best customer service! Highly suggest!

Jodi is amazing! She makes you feel like you are her most special customer. She goes out of her way to make sure that when you leave Rogers, not only do you feel amazing with your purchase but you feel thrilled and excited as well. She helped my fiancé and I find our dream rings for our wedding and this will be something we cherish for the rest of our lives.

I’ve been going to Roger’s Jewelry for 20+ years. It all started when they had a location in Arden Fair Mall. I had a diamond lady that just knew me and what I liked. When that location closed down, I wasn’t really interested in diamonds as much. So it was one of those things that I just never thought of. About 8 year ago, I was looking into diamonds again. I stopped by the location in Folsom, simply just window shopping. That’s when I met Jodi, we just clicked. She’s not the pushy sales type, she observes your do’s and don’t like’s. Makes recommendations base on what she thinks you will like. She helps make it easy, comfortable and affordable. All while getting that top service from someone that know’s her diamonds well. By far I have met my fav diamond lady. If you are looking for some bling. Go stop by Roger’s Jewelry in Folsom and ask for Mrs. Jodi.

Beautiful interior! Employees are highly knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced. They even gave an on the house watch bracelet Sizing even though I bought nothing. This is how you build lifetime customers, I will be going here whenever I need a watch, jewelry, etc. Thank you Roger's Jewelery!

I cannot express how thankful we were to find Jodi Ziony at Rogers jewelers! Went in for a gift for my mother-in-law, she helped us pick out the absolute perfect bracelet. My MIL has really bad arthritis so she helped us pick out one with a pull-toggle so she could slip it on and off without having to use the clasp. I was so happy with her service I took back my wedding ring and band that needed to be resized and they were happy to do it even though we didn't purchase the Rings there. The customer service was beyond reproach and the quality of their merchandise is top notch! Happy to start making a "wish list" so I can send my husband in for more treats! Pablo and Jodi helped us get gorgeous wedding rings on Valentine’s Day! I had amazing customer service with Jodi when I went to get a ring resized in the summer, we just had to come back. So excited for my new ring to come in, can’t wait!

Wow! What great service! Katelyn was incredible as all the staff always are. I purchased a warranty for a ring I bought my daughter and the stone got damaged. Katelyn arranged for the stone to be replaced with the warranty and I think it is even more beautiful than before. Rogers has always stood behind their jewelry and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
