Excellent service overall, everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a go to location for drop off and Rolex service needs whether it's for regular work or warranty work. Will definitely be back.
Beware and do not pawn or purchase recently stolen Rolex 16610T Submariner Green Kermit (Serial no. D428428). LAPD is actively investigating the theft.

I love my new submariner, but now I see why it is easy to hate Rolex.
I brought in a vintage Rolex that my dad wore in the war (Korea). I works fine, but seems stiff at the crown. They would not even look at it because they don't make parts for watches more the 30 years old. Fair enough, but not even look at it? !
Super pompous staff was the bonus.
I've purchased new down the street at Vacheron Constantin, JLC and Brequet, all with great staff.
Do yourself a favor and be original.
