The entrance is a bit interesting; however, go inside and you will find a large selection of inline skates and quad skates. They even have protective gear and can custom order inline skates. Very helpful when trying to find the perfect fit.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. There unfortunately was an issue with shipping (UPS was at fault not the shop) and it was resolved very quickly and professionally by Gill. The shop has a wide variety of quality products. I’ll definitely be ordering from here for any future skating needs and would highly recommend this shop.

This pace is the shop want for inlines (and some quads). They’ve worked with me on every order I’ve made and are quick to respond when you have issues or questions. I had some major issues (production issues) with skates I had ordered and they had no issues with me coming in to the shop and let me just out right trade for the pair that worked best and was also at their recommendation.

This is the only online store I’ve been able to find north of the Bay Area. They’re worth your time and care about their customers.

Great purchase experience for me and I got my new skates in less than a week all the way across the country. At first i was going to order a certain size and I was in- between size ratings so when I called over I got the perfect advice and then got my order in that day and was shipped out immediately. The Sway 60s I ordered are absolutely perfect for me and the sizing was spot on. I will be ordering again for sure and get some additional things I want so I have no doubt I'll get the perfect recommendations for what I'll need and for what I have. Thanks to the warehouse and will enjoy these no doubt immediately.

I called the company to ask if they would price match a pair of Roces M12 skates. Even though I met all the criteria specified on their customer service page, the person who took my call refused to price match, saying "It's just not worth it. "

Lots of the reviews here praise the company for good customer service, so maybe they're better in person, but this interaction made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer, only about my money.

This is my 4th or 5th time ordering from rollerwarehouse. This time I did a custom build skate order and everything came back perfect! They are super helpful and arguably the best inline shop! Thanks so much guys!

I absolutely love this company and would give them ten stars if I could. Even though they’re primarily an online business, I’ve driven there twice (from San Francisco!) and have been so happy with the skates that I’ve gotten each time. The customer service is outstanding, and I can’t say enough good things about them.

I’d called ahead to check stock, and that helped make the process quick and seamless. (I have painful foot issues and was determined to try on several models.) Gil (the owner) and his dog William were so kind and helpful, and even Jason (who works in the back) was amazing: They’re super busy but still manage to provide great customer care. And they have a wide array of skates at a fair price. My two hour drive each way was totally worth it!

Had a great time. We drove two hours from Santa Rosa to Rocklin. Great customer service and we got two free shirts and wax. My wife got a great pair of majestic 12's and I talked to the warehouse real time.if you rollerblade go here in person it's a great experience.

First let me say, that there are NO skate shops dedicated to Inline Skaters in the Bay Area. So I drove down 2 hours from the Bay Area to this shop and it was ALL worth it. I was looking for a pair on Aggressive Inline, so Gil pulled out all the ones I was curious to look at. He took his time and made 100% sure, that it fits perfectly. I appreciate that he pulled all the skates I was interested in to make sure its the one I wanted exactly. Thank you Gil! I will be coming back for more, in-store AND online.

It was so hard making a decision buying skates for me but I am so happy with what I got and absolutely love them! I forgot his name exactly but I believe it was Sean, he was so helpful and helped me make a great decision. Would definitely recommend coming here over buying online anywhere else:)

No international shipping they say, Im Interested in the razors sl henderson 2 pro skates to Colombia, and is not possible to buy becouse in the web page they say a different think that the e mail answer 360 usd lost for them, and a good skates lose for me

I made an order last night, haven't received my skates yet, but I had to give a shout out. I received an email this morning stating my order was on hold and to call. When I did a very pleasant man answered and I explained my situation. Turns out since my billing address was a residential and my shipping address was a commercial (my work cause I live in not an awesome area) it made them want to make sure it was a legitimate purchase and not a case of fraud. I'm ALWAYS down for companies to be proactive about fraud, and I truly appreciate them doing there best to keep people secure. Thanks again guys:)

These guys are pretty cool. I have the fortune of living nearby and went for the first time on Monday. Met the owner and had a great time talking with him. He has had the business for something like 20 years. They have great prices the only sites I found with "better" prices hosed you on shipping.
