Rolling Oaks Apartment Homes, Fairfield CA

Management is terrible. They will not return emails or calls, always citing some reason such as they are short staffed, they are training, they are busy, there’s so many emails that they will get to yours tomorrow. They charged me the wrong rent two months in a row despite me telling them repeatedly that it was happening. They did not provide me with my renewal offer within the proper amount of time. Not to mention how overpriced this place is. I pay $2800 and the office won’t even accept packages in the office or mailroom so I can’t have anything delivered online because when I did it was stolen from my door. My washing machine has flooded my apartment at least 5 times. But the lack of office staff being available or returning calls on issues is the worst part. Unbelievably unprofessional and incompetent.

My family and I just moved in a couple weeks ago and so far it’s been good. Maintenance seems to be on top of things as well because our front door light was out and I meant to put in a request to have it fixed but kept forgetting and then I noticed it was already fixed without me even having to put in a request. That really impressed us.

We recently moved into the Rolling Oaks and it has been great so far! The staff is super responsive to anything you may need (ex.maintenance emergencies). Lots of space for the pups Highly suggest Rolling Oaks!

Great community with friendly representatives that are always available to help. The residence here look out for each other and respect the space that we all share.

Enjoying living out by the rolling hills. The views are beautiful and they have had several events for their residents to participate and feel welcomed. Today, I’ve attended my first event, the block party. I love that they had different activities for families to get involved in (jenga, chalk, etc.)

I love how they make us feel like a community here with countless events. As a daily commuter it's also a huge bonus living right off the freeway. The amenities are realy nice too, and it's situated in the cutest neighborhood too.

Wonderful apartments! So much community love and a great space to raise a family! Our family moved in Feb 2023 and everything from the staff to all the amenities is amazing. Our manager hosts an event every Friday and it’s become something our whole family looks forward to. All the hard work that’s put in is so appreciated! Our community rocks!

Very unprofessional office staff. The manager has a real bad attitude. Their maintenance isn't reliable. We've had ants since we moved into our apartment and they haven't don't anything about it. Not to mention we moved from a previous apartment on this complex and our entire apartment was moldy on the baseboards and windows from water literally coming through the walls. The maintenance didn't do anything again and the manager said it was our fault for the water coming from the outside.
We have had so many maintenance requests for ants, broken appliances, things that were already damaged when we moved in and they have not come to fix any of it.

Also my apartment has been getting apparent noise complaints and I keep getting calls from the office when no one is home that we are extremely loud after quiet hours.

They try to act like they are professional and that this apartment is so good it's really not. The listing pictures are all lies. They are no where as nice as what it looks like.

Would not recommend this apartment to anyone and most importantly I request for a new management staff.

Rolling Oaks is very comfortable and safe to leave at. Staff are very kind and attentive. Neighbors are friendly. They tend to have get together as a community once in a while. I’ve been leaving here for almost a year and it’s been very good so far.

I lived here with my family for just over a year. We had a pretty good experience, the staff was wonderful including Kimberly Marrison and the front desk people were great. I had some issues with neighbors but who doesn’t. Commuting wasn’t really an issue from here with I-80 access less than a minute away. Also you rarely hear any road noise and neighbor noise unless they are being overly loud. Nice little park on the grounds and nice basketball court. Pool was cold! And hot tub was hot! Loved the outside cooking areas and liked all the Saturday activities for family’s! Keep up the good work!
