Staff was very friendly and helpful. My appointment for my mammogram was so easy and pleasant.

Mammogram was without pain? Yes the technician has excellent service. I did feel any pain.

The check in process was extremely fast, efficient, and courteous. I have been to many other Rolling Oaks Radiology locations previously. Unfortunately, I have always left frustrated due to long waits after check-in etc. As soon as I checked in at the Camarillo location the ultrasound technician was ready and available for my study. She was extremely friendly and caring, which is a breath of fresh air when you’re not feeling well. The study was easy and completed within the timeframe I was quoted. This location deserves recognition as all staff are well trained, and provide excellent service.

Helpful, friendly, and professional. The on-line site pre registration was fairly easy to use and really speeds up the process.

4 mammogram appointments cancelled by them, “no technician available today”
I am beyond frustrated.

The lady who did my ultrasound was very kind and she made me feel comfortable. Also the gentleman who checked me in was very professional as well.

The Tech was great. But you need a non wheel chair in there for those of us who need to sir. The chair in there was not stable. Thank you!

Had my mammogram done here.so nice, wait was not long and the person that did my mammogram was very nice, professional and had good bed side manner

Nicest staff I have ever encountered! Very clean facility. I got there at the wrong time and they were still able to help me. They made my mammogram experience very tolerable.

The front office was quick, efficient and very polite. There were 4 people when I walked in and still made my appointment on time. Judy is an excellent X-ray tech and treated me with kindness and compassion during the entire process. Definitely recommend!

I have received an important results from my mammogram via email being withheld from me until their agenda is met. The transparency of lack of compassion scares me as much as the results of my overdue mammogram with my every member of my family having cancer it’s disheartening. And callous
