2 Marissa, the manager, is extremely friendly, patient, detailed, and a very good listener. I was supposed to rent a unit but plans changed.
She was patient enough to work with me and even helped suggest what area to look for based on my living needs.
Besides that Rolling Woods is a quiet, clean, and a budget friendly complex! Their 1 bedrooms are def spacious and gets a lot of sunlight if your balcony is facing east.
I'd def move here if I was living by myself.
Also this area qualifies for a discount on your electric bill cause a portion of the electricty is powered by a renewable energy plant.

Not that great of a place to live. Mold and leaks. Way to expensive for all the problems.yes a fire that took 3 lives in response to the owner.
