WOW Roma was incredibly helpful! She helped us rent a home for our move to Palos Verdes and did it all virtually as we were in NYC. Two things *really* stood out to us about Roma:
1. She had the perfect professional balance of guiding us based on her expertise while allowing us to make our own judgments and decisions. I really felt like I had a great advisor by my side.

2. She went above and beyond EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. It was crazy! She recorded videos for us of the homes we were interested in, unprompted took videos of the neighborhoods, dropped in on the homes on later days, organized various logistics for us, it was SO SO HELPFUL.
