Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It’s nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.
Outstanding communication and service from start to finish. Since I went through the home insurance for fix/replacement of a hot water tank Richard walked me through the process from day 1 and provided updates as needed until the job was completed!
