The food here is addicting, I come regularly to order the Mama's Trio, Shannon already knows my order before I even open my mouth! The Penne Rustica is my favorite.

I love their Chicken Marsala.and the Chicken parm. Great atmosphere.good people.and large portions. We drive 20 miles to eat here.

Great service. Server Corinn was super helpful and great! Confirmed our gift card was valid and everything!

The food are chef's kiss! Must try their mac and cheese plus i have to mention that the service of this restaurant is so good. All the staffs are nice, sweet and respectful!

My family and I love coming to macaroni grill! We got the mama’s trio and spaghetti bol. Corinne was such an amazing server too! Very punctual and funny:)

I have always had a good time here. My best man introduced me to this place years ago. When we get together for lunch this is where we eat. He usually pays the tab, which works out good for me. Next time it will be my treat.

One of my favorite restaurants! Great service and they always have coupons or bogo deals. Just sign up for the rewards program. Every Monday is bogo! Ask for the waitress Sam. She rocks!

My go for Italian, although since they made changes to the menu some things were taken off that I really liked. But it is still a good experience at reasonable prices.
The bread could use some improvement

I dyed there the other night and the service I received was amazing and Kate the GM is extremely personable. Come to the table makes me feel welcomed. I definitely went back. She runs a great restaurant.

A regular on Sunday brunch! Callie and Corinne always takes great care of us after church! We never miss a Sunday and the coffee is always fresh and hot!

I had the best experience at Romanos Macaroni Grill in Tustin! The servers name was Rhonda and she was so attentive. I loved how she was on top of everything. The staff was so friendly. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and shown to our table. Soon after our server came and made our experience one to remember. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Dined here with family. The food was very good. We had red wines, and a bottle of white. The salad was ok… I wish there was another option for dressing. Bread and calamari was served as appetizers. And for dinner there were three options for guests of the party. I had the chicken parmigiana with Angel hair pasta. For desert there was chocolate cake with whip cream. The portion was generous that I had half leftover to go. I’m grateful for the time with family following funeral services. Service was fine. Only plaints involved servers too busy that they forgot to bring more water, and a hard time getting more bread.

RIP OFF - DON’T ORDER ONLINE - RIP OFF
Ordered online for delivery. They forgot 1/2 the food and all condiments No answer as I called dozens of times for 3 days. Finely 3 days later I reached a manager who would not credit us for the bill. DONT ORDER ONLINE - They are a RIP-OFF!

UPDATE - Look at the manager reviews, in total the management gets 2.4 stars. Pretty bad management. Clearly manager does not want customers to come back.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT - DELIVERED ONLY1/2 THE MEAL CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE MEAL
I ordered food from them online since i couldn't reach them on the phone. It was a special dinner for my boyfriend. Only a portion of the meal was delivered. Tried calling to see if they would bring the rest, but they dont answer their phone.days later I was finally able to reach the unfriendly manager. I explained the situation to her and explained that the meal was ruined and asked for a refund. Manager said that they would not refund the order. Im very sorry I ordered from them and will never order there again. They lost a good customer.

Very convenient how this restaurant has a to-go station! I ordered the shrimp fettuccine alfredo, as well as the mom's ricotta spaghetti with meatballs. Great Italian food. James took my order over the phone and was very nice and accommodating, very nice employees.

So I responded to their reply to my review where they asked for more details. I supplied more details and never even got so much as a response! What a bulls*** company!

Went to macaroni grill for date night with my girlfriend and it was absolutely amazing. The service from Bryce was absolutely top notch. This was our first time and it was an absolute delight. We’ll definitely be coming back! 10/10

Rhonda is the best server ever! I ordered Shrimp Scampi with Cesar Salad. Great test, wonderful server and good ambiance.
