Just got my 2023 Ford Bronco! Let’s just say this is the best hassle free dealership I ever dealt with. Didn’t pressure me got the payment I wanted and a good apr for someone with “not so good credit” couldn’t have gone better Ian Sharp the online sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful and Tony Castro sales manager very knowledgeable and helped me understand my perks with coverage.

Mason was the worst customer service experience i've ever had at ford.he gave me very racist vibes and should definitely not be allowed to work anywhere.shame the managers and shame on Ford

Mike's work was quick, professional and very convenient having his service truck parked in my driveway for the recall and brake work.
Saved me a trip to Dixon and return.

Repeatedly mislead or outright lied about the status of my truck. Promised to call me back, but never did. My truck had to be returned several times to repair shoddy work. It has taken months. I have had to physically go to the shop at least 6 times to finally find someone since the phone isn't answered. I will NEVER trust Ron Dupratt with my purchases or repairs again.

Can't recommend. Went to buy a car that was advertised. Confirmed via phone call that car was there and available. Drove 1 hour in traffic to find out that it was in the shop being worked on, and would be available in 4 days. Big waste of time.
Spoke to a James who stated that they regularly put cars up for sale that haven't been safety inspected or actually ready for sale. Upon confirming what he said he backtracked in salesman speak.
So beware, confirm that the car you want to buy is ready, available, inspected, with a date and timestamped photo to confirm it is actually ready to be sold
They had this particular car listed for 44 days btw, plenty of time to get ready for sale. Makes you wonder how many vehicles that were sold that had problems later down the road.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion this weekend and had such a pleasant experience! Bill, Tony and all the guys who helped were so friendly and respectful. I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles from Ron DuPratt Ford!

Buyers beware. Be sure to ask if the vehicle you’re looking into is not in the shop for any kind of vehicle work. I gave the dealership a call in Concord and was happy to know a car I had interest in was ready and on the lot. However, upon arrival to the business, I call again to speak with the same salesman, but was answered by a representative stating the car I was told was ready was in the shop and would not be ready until next week. Big waste of time for me considering I was willing to pay out right. Why would a car be listed if it’s not safe to drive or undergoing maintenance? According to the dealers website, the car was on the lot for 44 days. Moreover, the representative described the car having AC issues, why the wasn’t this addressed before the said 44 days? Not angry with anyone, but extremely disappointed with time wasted.

Was helped by Debbie, she has a awesome personality and responded to all my questions quickly. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for there.
Multiple lots, so inventory changes often from what I can tell.

My experience here at Ron DuPratt was awesome. Bill, Tony, and Tiffany were absolutely amazing. They were extremely easy to work with and worked very hard getting me a great deal on my new car. Ron DuPratt will be the only dealership I recommend in the future to anyone.

Bought my 150 at DuPratt Ford, they serviced it regularly, the trade in value was $1000’s over other dealers, traded it in for a new Escape.
Happy wife happy Life. No sales pressure here.

Awful! Brought truck in for check engine light and wanting to know why. Light was on when we arrived at the dealer, but after the 45 (!) mins it took to check in, it had cleared. They read it and said it had a misfire three weeks ago (?) but nothing else. No mention of the code 45 mins previous. Had an 8 am appt for this "service" and called at 3: 30 pm to see if finished, and truck was "just going in". So we had to wait another day for it to be done- so had to reschedule the complete following day's activities to accommodate the lack of honoring our appointment time. To make a long story monotonous, we are out a couple hundred bucks and they couldn't tell us anything regarding the check engine light. The person we dealt with was rude, they don't honor your time, expensive for zero information and to top it off, two days later and the check engine light is back on! THIS is why we won't go back to Ron DuPratt Ford in Dixon.

I didn’t buy anything from here but spoke with a very courteous and respectful gentleman about a truck they originally owned. They had no obligation to help me but he did so without hesitation. Although we couldn’t resolve my issue I have no doubt he tried his best to help me with my bed liner issue. Hands down very respectful and genuine conversation with him. Thank you!

Bill, Tiffany, and the team at Ron Dupratt Ford were spectacular to work with. They were able to answer all of our questions and teach us a lot about the best way to meet our buying goals. We were very impressed with how they handled every step of the process. I highly recommend Ron DuPratt - it was a pleasure to work with them and we will definitely be going back!

Ron Dupratt Ford has the most unprofessional people. I called their service department yesterday to ask what services my 2022 Ford F350 needs to maintain warranty. The service representative told me he can't legally answer this question. I told him my truck has one of their stickers affixed to the inside windshield and I can't understand what it's saying. He got agitated and told me to read the law and abruptly hung up on me. I then called the dealership and asked for the manager, he wasn't in so I left a message on his phone.he never called me back. Last night I sent an email to him and the service manager, nether have responded. If they don't care enough to take the time to help a customer and advise them on required maintenance for a vehicle they sold there's a problem. I'll take my business elsewhere as should you.

My 2020 f250 fuel pump exploded. This is my daily driver and work truck. I called the dealership I purchased it from and was told it would be 30 days until they can get me in. After calling every dealership around and getting similar responses I called Ron Dupratt and Steven in the service department answered. He genuinely cared about my truck breaking down and wanted to help. Something no other dealership expressed. He got me in as soon as he could and diagnosed the issue the same day. He handled everything for me from my warranty company and the fuel pump service and called me every step of the way. I had never met Steven before and it was like we knew each other our whole lives. He went above and beyond for a customer he knew nothing about other than I need my truck to get to work! Because of the way Steven and his crew handled my situation I will take my vehicle to Ron dupratt for every service from now on. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The buying process for my 2022 Ford Maverick went extremely smooth here with no issues, but everything after that has been awful. My car broke down on the first day and I barely got any help from this dealer. I was told it should get fixed at a different Ford dealer cause they were too busy. The car was then stolen and after getting it back, the simple window repair that needed to happen took a few weeks, plus I had to take it back because they either damaged it, or missed a few of the damages that I had to point out. It took them another couple of weeks to fix these. I am still waiting on stuff from the dealer that was apparently ordered in October. Just recently, I took it in for an airbag recall that was supposed to take a day. I got the vehicle back 6 days later. On the last day they said I'd get it back at the end of the day because it was getting detailed, and it came back just as dirty as the way I gave it to them. They straight up lied to me. I didn't care if the car was detailed or not, but I did care that they lied to me. They were just making up excuses for why it took so long to fix. Honestly, I'm a first time buyer and love my vehicle, but can't stand this Ford dealer.

WOW! We are over the moon with the service we received here on 1/29/2023 From Cesar and Tiffany! We started the day at a dealership in San Jose looking at a truck we thought we would love. The damages and poor attitude of management turned us completely off and left us with a sour taste in our mouth. Up pops up another beautiful truck at Ron Dupratt in Dixon. We decided to take the chance and come see it. Cesar went above and beyond and went to their Vacaville location where the truck was and brought it up to Dixon for us to look at and test drive. He didn't even know if we would buy it, but he still did that and sent us off to have a delicious lunch nearby while he made the trip to Vacaville. As soon as we came back we fell in love with the truck. Perfect condition, some extra bells and whistles that we thought we might not find for our budget, and the perfect price range! Cesar let us take it for a test drive and never pressured us or pushed us to purchase the vehicle. We felt totally at ease crunching numbers and they really exceeded our expectations on meeting payments we could make and a comfortable term. Doing paperwork with Tiffany was like doing paperwork with an old friend! She was a blast while still being super thorough and giving us all the info we needed! 10/10 recommend this dealership and their employees. Best car buying experience i've ever had!
