Ronson Shower Glass & Mirror Inc, Hayward CA

Several weeks ago I contacted Ronson Shower Co.and spoke to Kevin. Over the last few years we had purchased (3) shower doors from Ronson. One of the shower doors needed recaulking so I called and Kevin said send me pictures of the areas which need to be recaulked. He gave me his cell phone number and email. I went to the trouble of taking the pictures and sending them to him per his request. To date no response. I emailed him once again and told him I did not expect this service to be performed for free and am happy to pay for it. I also mentioned if he did not to want to provide the service if he could give me a referral I would appreciate it. No response nothing.

I will look for another company and probably will replace the door. They are ok when you are purchasing their product
but after that forget it. Good Customer service goes beyond the time of purchase and the simple courtesy of a response is
apparently not in Kevin's business sense.
