After a year+ of fighting with my insurance company, I was beginning to lose hope that storm damage on my roof would ever get fixed. A lot of companies flat out refused the take a roof job that involved an insurance claim. After calling a dozen or so companies I found RSI. Mike from RSI assured me that they could not only give me a top of the line roof but he would help me talk with my insurance and educate them on roofing code. Within a short time I had a full roof replacement - on a 108 year old craftsman with a steep roof - and the insurance covered the entire job. I cannot recommend the guys at RSI enough. If you are looking for a roof give these guys a call!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience using Roof Solutions Inc.for our new roof, gutters, gutter guards and dry rot replacement. We received estimates from three companies, and they were the cheapest and could complete the job the soonest. They were timely, did great work and their office staff were communicative and helped us get financing at a low interest rate. We could not recommend this company more.

Roof Solutions is The Best! We had them out a few years ago to fix up our roof and install new gutters with leaf guards. They did a spectacular job in every way - excellent work, on time and on budget. And they just came out again for same-day service to reposition a fallen tile before it rained. Another plus is the entire team from the owner, Ray Ragsdale, to the work crews to the office staff is super nice and wonderful to work with. We can't recommend them highly enough!

The entire team was incredible. From the front office follow up to the final completion. We needed an completely new roof due to a massive rain leak that damaged the interior of our home. They were quick to respond to patch the leak to prevent further damage until they were available to do the full installation. The entire team was kind, courteous and willing to work through every aspect of what we needed with no surprise costs or unnecessary additions. I’m certain it will be a long while before we need another roof but I would use them over and over again and would recommend without any hesitation!

Roof Solutions Inc just completed our residential re-roofing job in Davis, CA, and I am a very happy camper! Our job was large and complex, so I got four bids, which were all roughly the same-but only RSI provided a high degree of detail and specificity in their bid, so we weren't killed later, by "change-orders. " RSI was on our roof for over 10 days, with up to four workers, but every evening, they picked up the debris, and left the place near-spotless. Our job entailed a large amount of wood-rot replacement and they performed near-flawlessly, sometimes during very long summer work-days of up to 12 hours, during hot-spells of over 100 F. If you want a "feel"for the high quality of work they perform on jobs, just drive over to their business location on Pace Lane in Vacaville-and take a look around! This is not a dingy commercial-warehouse hangout! This is a neat, clean, high-class, & professionally-run operation, for sure! But for my wife and I, the best part of the job they just completed for us, was the 100% financing RSI got us through Travis Credit Union, with nothing down and no lien filed on the house; also, the interest rate and loan term were so "friendly" that I won't even state them here, in case we were only "rewarded" due to our superior credit scores. In short, if you need a new roof in this area, I highly recommend giving RSI at shot at the job; we're very glad we did, and would definitely use them again! -RD 17 Aug 2023.

After winter 2023 rain/wind storms our residential roof lost shingles and we sprang a leak. A friend recommended Roof Solutions and Aaron W.began working with us and our insurance company. Months later, we negotiated a partial insurance settlement. Originally they rejected the claim but Aaron was tireless (like a Bulldog!) in his efforts to convince our insurance company sending emails, pictures, research stats, calling. He is stellar at his job, always responsive to our calls/texts, always in our corner. When the roof replacement finally began, the roof crew were equally amazing, even working in brutal temperatures. The crew always cleaned up after each day’s work to ensure that the area was free from debris and nails (our dogs never stepped on a stray nail!). We won’t need another roof for 20+ years but if we ever need anything for our roof, Roof Solutions will be the Company we will call. Excellent people, excellent work! Thank you Roof Solutions!

In January of 2023, Aaron inspect the tile roof of our home and noticed a few issues that needed addressing. This company was fantastic! I called them for a leak my roof had experienced during the extreme storms we had been having and they were super responsive. Aaron came out, provided a free estimate, took a few pictures, and told me he’d be happy to repair the damage or walk me through how to repair it myself if I wanted to save some money. That last major wind and rain storm caused substantial damage to my house when water breached my aging tile roof. All local contractors were booked and my roof needed tarping immediately and then repair. While other companies weren't available for a week or more, Mike at Roof Solutions sent Gustavo out to tarp my roof right away to mitigate damages, and they did not try to gouge me like other companies. The repair work occurred two weeks later and there was a lot of work to do. The 3 man crew came early in the morning and worked hard until dusk for nearly two days to complete the job. My roof has never been better, as they upgraded my valleys, flashing, underlayment and even the quality of the 50 tile that required replacement. The price was very fair and I could not be happier. Guess who's doing my roof inspections every two years. Highly, highly recommended, and I am hard to please.
