12My boyfriend and I ordered the pretzels, two pizzas and two cocktails. The pretzels were still frozen when they got to our table, the pizzas were tasteless and overpriced. The drinks were good. But the real issue came with the $15 dollar tip that was UNAUTHORIZED. I’m all for tipping, but we ordered at a kiosk and we did not have a server at all.so who does that money go to? And who decided to add a tip on my boyfriends card without his signature? Unacceptable.
Love the creative cocktails here. Been visiting for over a decade and it's still a great spot in SOMA. Classy, trendy and still somehow low-key as well.
The atmosphere, drinks, service and most importantly the food all exceeded expectations. We saved this for our last night in San Francisco on our honeymoon, and we are glad we did. Will definitely visit again when we visit on a honeymoon, and not just for the nostalgia! Pictured is the Black Angus Steak with a side of potatoes and egg on top.
Great atmosphere but I’d definitely suggest dressing warm if you come after sundown because the heaters are pretty limited upstairs. You order your food & drinks at a register and a food runner will bring it to your table with your order number!
I'll start by saying I'm from out of town. Sitting on a rooftop cold (I had a jacket on) is not my idea of fun, the menu to me is limited. I had the pizza and the crust was soggy. I come to restuarant expecting to be served but here they take you to your seat and then you must get up and go to the bar to order food and drinks, they do however bring you the food. The food was ok but for the quality it was over priced.
Food was very good. The decor was perfect for my mood. Drinks are what I was looking for. Love the little details. The workers there are very nice and friendly. I did not catch my server's name was she was very nice and cute. The finger food for the bar are perfect for a night cap and small meal, exactly what I was looking for.
Nice open patio with moveable shades. Drinks are good and the food is delicious. Staff are super friendly, and they were playing 90s jams.
Nice menu and cute place, but a bit sterile and definitely so loud that i struggled to have a conversation with my friend sitting right next to me.
Beautiful seating, heated areas, and great food and drink options. Service was quite fast. Note that you have to order at the register but service was really nice and responsive. If you’re done early, there’s a bar downstairs that definitely worth trying too. Try the pizzas!
Arrogant host who doesnt know how to be respectful. The place was cool but literally walked out bcuz the guy at the front desk talked down to me
Went to Traveler (the downstairs part) and had an incredible time! Everything from the food to the service was perfect (especially the churros, yum!)
This is a great date spot. The inside is classy, as is the rooftop bar. Haven't been since before covid, but it surpringly relaxing while still upscale.
