2I accidentally broke the plastic cap cover on a coffee table leg. Sherri in Costa Mesa was quick and helpful and offered to mail me some extra caps for now and the future at no charge. Very impressed at their efficiency and kindness. This service is rare these days. Their true customer service shows as they were helpful, even if I was not purchasing something from them. Their furniture is also very high quality and I have always had great experiences with their service.
