Wow! My brows have never looked better. Writing this from the car after getting them threaded. Very professional and she takes her time. I'm coming here from now on.

I’ve been coming here for a long time, maybe almost 6 years. I always liked how my brows came out and the service I received. Now, I love how my eyebrows come out. Arpi is truly an angel sent from above, she takes her time doing your brows. She examines them, she always leaves them looking clean and natural or to whatever liking you prefer. Whenever I bring anyone else to get their brows done by her, they leave extremely happy. I will continue to go to her, she is a ray of sunshine

I called before doing a walk-in at 6: 30pm Tuesday to make sure they will still be open till 7pm. I was told the last person they take is 6: 45pm. Understandable. I live close by so I drove and got there at 6: 40pm. Lady there told me no she had to start closing. I told her I called and someone told me yes and hence why I drove over. She still said no. I was not going to argue back & forth with her so I just said okay and left. It was embarrassing and she could have just said no over the phone instead of waisting my time by saying one thing over the phone, and not doing that in person. So annoying & unprofessional

Arpi is pretty great. She listens to what you want and communicates well by guiding you through the process.

I got the eyebrow lamination and it was my first time. It was great! I loved the attention to detail and kind service.

Went in for a last minute touch up, right before work. I asked for brow and upperlip service. I told Arpi that I felt like my other place did the work too fast, didn't put any shape to my brows, and only removed the visible hairs from my upper lip. She was able to tell that they didn't remove a lot of the tiny hairs on upper lip, and also that my brow looked a bit flat. When she was done, I was so so sooo happy about how my brows turned out, how I couldn't feel prickly on the upper lip!
So happy with the service and outcome, I'd be willing to make the 13 mile drive whenever I need a touch-up!

I want to say this is my third visit at Roopas Brow Lounge. I’ve gone to Arpi twice but this visit I had a younger girl. I didn’t get her name but I think it started with a G. I LOVE how my eyebrows came out. When I get my brows threaded they usually make them very sharp which still looks nice. This threader made them look very soft and they still looked full (which I liked). This is what I mean by a clean up.

Happy I found this place, I explained how I like my brows. It's been 2 months since I last got them done, they were looking real bad & uneven. But omg, finally a place where they can do what you request, that's when you know someone is a pro. Thank you. Arpi worked magic on my eyebrows — and she did NOT have an easy job fixing them because my last threading experience (different place) left a huge hole in my left eyebrow that I just couldn’t get to pgrow back. She really took her time with me and less than 15 mins later — magic! The hole was gone and my eyebrows look amazing. So grateful! Will be back.

I came here last minute because I was in the area and the service was quick yet amazing! I needed my brows done and she did a fantastic job I look so much better now hahah! 10/10 would recommend

This place has very good customer service and Arpi has really managed to fix my eyebrows. She’s really gentle and will focus and take her time I guarantee you will leave very satisfied.

I had a wonderful time at the lounge. The service was fast and efficient. Arpi assisted with my eyebrows and it didn't hurt a lot. I told her what I wanted and she delivered.
