Gilbert Herrera was awesome! He showed up on time, assessed the issue and gave me a quote, and he fixed it. He was very respectful and polite, and he made sure I was understanding everything he was doing. It was a messy job but he left my place cleaner than it was when he got here! Next time I need a plumber, I’ll be asking for Gilbert. He was great!

Rooter Hero sent out Gil to help us out when we dropped an earring down the drain. Unfortunately our drain was sealed and the vacuum solution did not help! Gil came out and solved the issue within an hour and a half of calling on a Sunday! We are thrilled. Earring recovered, drain repaired and we are now able to disassemble it if we need to.

Gilbert was awesome. He educated me on how to prevent future clogs and ensured me that the job will be done properly or no charge. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Gilbert and Rooter Hero for your plumbing needs.

Jason came by our house a couple of days to access the hose copper pipe leading from inside the house to outside where it is hooked up to a garden hose. The pipe was damaged inside the wall and required soldering and replacing the damaged part. He was very easy to talk to and worked with. Excellent job and peace of mind knowing that the issue has been resolved before a major catastrophe.

We had an emergency backed up drain. Jason was excellent - he arrived quickly, he was very responsive, clear and fixed our issue. He gave us a lot of good information on how to avoid backed up drains in the future. His service was great! Would definitely recommend him.

You hear stories of little old ladies being taken advantage of…. Not the case with Jason. He introduced himself, kept me apprised of what issues he was finding and explained what he proposed and what the costs would be to me. This was my first Rooter experience and should I need plumbing assistance, I will call Rooter and request Jason!
