My Wife Haily Kwok has been raving about Dr. Iskander and all of the staff! Specifically Maria who is in charge of referrals. Maria has gone above and beyond any person we have known in the medical field. Maria is caring, extremely comforting and very very knowledgeable! Maria is a very sweet person and the office is very lucky to have her as their staff. Her follow up practice is on spot and Dr. Iskander also calls back in person very promptly. The rest of the staff needs recognition as well.lizzette. Heidi, and of course the ladies working reception. Great job the compete staff and we will continue to be taking our health issues for them to care for Us.

Zero stars if I could. Stay away from this Doctors office. They do not care about your health and do not have your best interest in mind. Horrible experience with Dr. Iskander and her staff.

You go to her dying and she won’t see you, she would send some nurse practitioners who don’t know what they’re doing

My insurance had called the clinic first to ask what imaging clinic they use and we were told that it was Hill imaging. When I arrived from my appointment a medical student interviewed me and I have a lot of health concerns and it seemed like she was getting overwhelmed. My appointment was at 9: 00 and at 11: 00 a.m. Is when I can hear medical students and the doctor talking about my personal medical history in the hallway for everyone to hear. I kindly open the door and ask them if they were going to discuss my medical records to come in the room and the doctor brushed it off and said nobody could hear and I said yes you can, I'm in the room with the door closed and I can hear everything you're saying about me. Prior to that in those two hours I heard the medical assistant interviewing incoming patients and let's just say I knew one wanted a refill of her birth control, the other one refused to pap smear and the other one didn't want to breast exam besides other personal things that I was hearing.

Dr ishkadar totally violated HIPAA laws and turned around and reported me to my medical group that I was being unkind. I believe she did this thinking that I would report her first for violating my medical history and HIPAA laws. I highly would not recommend this doctor unless you don't care about your medical privacy. After 2 hours of waiting and having to tell the doctor not to discuss my medical history in the hallway is when the visit totally went downhill because she became rude and unfriendly with me to the point where I asked for my medical records back and said I was going to find another doctor. This was totally waste of my time and gas and work pay.

Dr. Iskander accepts new patients but is not able to meet with them! You are seen by a nurse practitioner not by the doctor herself! They charge my insurance company for a doctor visit but the appointment is to see a nurse and not a doctor.

You will have to wait almost 2 weeks to get an appointment. And when you get there you may have a longer than average wait time. It really depends, sometimes you wait a long time sometimes you don't. The nurse practitioners are great, they listen to you and try to get you what you need. I prefer to see them instead of Dr. Iskander. The office staff tries but they fall short of providing comfort when you call in with health concerns. They are not helpful conveying messages to and from the doctor. Lastly, why did the staff ask me if my labs results were normal. Shouldn't they know? !

I was a little nervous based on some of the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised with my first visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Very hard to get an appointment. Was turned away with and etopic pregnancy last year. Ended up with a ruptured tube before anything was even done could of died. Decided to give her snother chance and now Im being yold Ill have to wait until the the 27th (todays the 13th) for a Blood pressure of 150/98. Already went to ER. They can not treat in the long term. They want my dr to continue care. But they won’t. So If you want quality care. Do not go there. Not sure if it because if my nationality but I take this lack of concern very personal because it keeps happening.

The entire staff should be required to take a course in dignity. Whenever I go to her office, I gear myself up to be disrespected. The front office staff lacks customer service, empathy and the ability to be kind. No one ever addresses me, instead they look me up and down like they are accessing me, or they totally ignore me. My last visit (yearly) I was seen my the Nurse Practitioner, and after the exam was over I was getting referrals for specialist. Another nurse or a doctor (I don't know who she was) and the Nurse Practitioner were discussing my results in front of the staff, but yet this nurse or doctor never introduced herself to me. She was not part of my exam, nor was she Dr. Iskander. I was surprised and offended, by their behavior. First I should have been included in that conversation, second it should have been done in an examination room or away from the staff, and third I should not have been ignored. I'm a nurse myself, I did not disclose that to them, because I wanted to observe their methods, behaviors and attitudes towards me. Because it's well documented African American experience medical disparities from their physicians. This is the main reasons African American's do not trust their doctors. Enough of the stereotypes when treated patients. I do not like the way I feel upon my initial contact, during my exam and after the exam. Horrible experiences each time.

They picked up the pace here! I used to have to wait a month to see the doctor now I’m able to see a doctor within days here!
