Ed is AMAZING. Truly. The fact he offers this service is a God-send and well worth the cost vs.going to the DMV and risking wasting time/energy. I needed my out of state license plates transferred to CA plates and it was all done and good to go in 30 min. He helped to answer any of my questions and was extremely helpful in educating me, without making me feel bad for not knowing anything. Thanks, Ed!

I bought a '21 SQ5 in Georgia and had GA temp plates. Did some research on registering an out of state used vehicle, paying sales tax, etc, and it just all seemed very involved. Audi Pasadena recommended I contact Rose City Registration Services, where I spoke with Edward. Absolutely fantastic experience. He did the smog, all of the registration/sales tax work, and had me out the door with new CA plates within 30 minutes! I honestly would have paid double of what he charged me.would HIGHLY recommend.

I purchased a vehicle and after giving Rose City a call, Edward was able to take care of what I needed on the same day (on a Saturday!). There are few places I hate more than the DMV so I'll definitely be back for services in the future.

Ok I thought this place was sketchy because of the few reviews, but boy am I glad I was wrong!

Came in to renew my very late car registration because the DMV won't take walk-ins anymore. Spoke to Ed who immediately assisted me, and not even 5 mins of walking in and I already got my registration renewed! Very fast service and straighforward. The only thing that would make this perfect is if you can renew drivers licenses here.

I was driving my Ducati Monster when I stopped I realized I was missing my license plate. Luckily I was in Pasadena and close by to Rose City Registration. A quick chat with Ed and he go me a new plate and registration within 15 minutes and I was back on the road again. Would highly recommend Rose City Registration! 5/5
