I am in town for an annual conference and my skin was in rough shape/ having a major breakout. I did a hydra facial with Lana. I am an avid skin care enthusiast and Lana was the best I have ever experienced. So relaxing but meticulous about my skins needs. Absolutely recommend, and I will be returning!

Monroe is fantastic! Soooo relaxing, easy to feel comfortable around, and knows her stuff about skincare. Been seeing her for a few years, have had issues with acne and breakouts (mostly from stress) etc, and she's had ALL the answers. Her facials are so relaxing, I also really like this lip stuff she uses and her massages are heavenlyyyyy.

I had a great peel experience with Monroe! I was nervous, but she really made me feel at ease. She continued to check in with me multiple times via text after the appointment. Three weeks later, my skin looks great. I know I still need a few more sessions to get rid of my sun spots, but the first experience could not have been better.

I would have given 5 stars based on the experience that Monroe gave me, but I had an issue with being overcharged by their system. I went in on a Wednesday, which is supposed to be 20% off. I had already paid $50 to hold the appointment, and they ended up only giving me 20% off of what I paid in person. I received some pushback on getting a refund, but their website very clearly states 20% off on Wednesdays with no other disclaimers. Eventually, the owner refunded me the difference but it was kind of an icky experience.

I've gotten a hydrofacial with Lana twice now and she does an amazing job! She personalized it based on my combination skin type with great results - I feel like my skin was glowing and hydrated for weeks after even my first session. I took my mom with me the second time, who got a hydrofacial with Miranda, and she loved it as well. Will definitely be going back soon!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable esthetician who knows her products, ingredients and was able to recommend some additional services for next time! I loved the products and an amazing facial massage to ease my stress. A gem for a no frills, results driven facial. If looking for a full spa experience, I would look elsewhere but this would be a great lunch time or mini/express treatment that I would recommend in the future.

I’ve been seeing lana monthly since may and i’ve never felt better with my skin! She is professional, knowledgeable, and just down right an amazing person all around.i trust her completely, she tells me what i need and i just lay back, relax, and let her work her magic! Lana provides the best forms of self care and i’m so glad that i get to see her monthly.
