Awesome little park that's so close to me that makes it very convenient. My dog is about 14 and 1/2 years old but quite spry for his age but every once in awhile he's it does catch up with them, so it's nice to have a park that I can walk to within 4 minutes and then another one down the street about 10 minutes away that's really big. Nice and quiet area everyone friendly. Dogs will come but there are no dog bags on the premise and this is pretty much just a roundabout it's been turned into a park with a trellis in the center and some trees that I under

Cute little park in the middle of the Rose Park historic district. Its surrounded by a roundabout, with a gazebo in the middle. Its nice for people who live in the neighborhood. Don't try to drive here, because parking in Long Beach can be pretty tough sometimes.

This gem in the middle of a small historic community of homes is a lush green space that host families with small children, roller skating/blading, bike riding, games, and all sorts of activities. There are AA meetings under the gazebo during the week and friends gathering on blankets to catch up. Very inclusive community park in the center of a round-a-bout. Dogs and their owners are friendly and consciously pick up poop. Parking is challenging to find.

No playground so that's why it's a four. But great place to relax and do a bday party and play Lazer tag

Very nice, small park. Pretty gazebo for pictures, weddings, etc. Parking is very limited otherwise I would have given a rating of 5.

Beautiful setting. Quiet calm area. Be careful taking kids as it's the center of a traffic circle but still fun

Nice little grassy area where the neighborhood dogs can meet up and socialize without having to go to the dof park.

Our lovely neighborhood park in the round. Snuggled into the neighborhood of mostly early 1920's bungalows, well maintained with fascinating gardens leading to the micro park. Stroll down 8th Street and take in the historic LB SoCal ambience.

Peaceful neigbborhood. Not that many homeless people at this park, even though there is ac outlet in the center of the park (under gazeebo). No bbq pits though. And because this is a dog park for the most part there sometimes might be fleas. There is an annual event open to the public with activities for the children (May 2019 there was a watermelon eating contest and a potato sack race) and live music, games and snacks too!
