I really enjoyed my tour at RoseBeach Apartments. I wish the square footage was a little more.but I love the two units that I toured. Filling out my application right after I post. Looks and feels like a great place to live.

- No insulation/ AC doesn’t work

- Entire apartment flooded twice before they did anything about the issue

- Bedroom window isn’t level so the shades don’t shut correctly.

- Sliding glass door is 200lbs and won’t open unless you’ve had breakfast

- SEWER WATER coming up from drains in kitchen sink and dishwasher.
I’m not kidding, it’s actually black water…

- Clogged bathroom sink EVERY TIME I shave my face…

- RATS (“Maintenance will do nothing”)

- FIRE ALARM TESTS W/O WARNING. 10/10 loved that.

- Neighbors don’t pick up their dog droppings

- Homeless/GANGS right outside the door

- Electronic door locks will run out of battery

- Entry gate is always broken or wide open for whoever (Example: Hispanic guy WAKES ME UP with his horn trying to sell me food from a cart through my bedroom window.)

- Ceiling fan shakes VIOLENTLY

- Vandalism of cars and property on the street

- Management is never there, do not follow through on anything, and can only be bothered to ensure you’re not enjoying your stay.

- Pay for a parking spot

- People in the trash

- Interior paint looks like a child did the job

- Overall very UNPROFESSIONAL. These apartments have got to have the health department under their thumb, because there are serious issues.

DO NOT RENT HERE

Don’t move here. Don’t waste your time looking. It’s like living in prison. You can enjoy your patio/balcony. There are no umbrellas allowed or canopies. They pick on certain people. They are not consistent with anything. They target people. They’re just not fair. They let some people get away with doing things. Then you’ll get an email about the same stuff and it’s wrong. Then they’ll preach about the lease. They need to practice what they preach. End of this so called lease I’m out of here!

Responding from response: I’m just saying I don’t see in lease where it say no umbrella’s or canopies that happen to shade us from the burning sun in the summer. I’ve read the lease.

Checked this property. My husband and I were shocked when we saw the layout of the apartment. There's 3 door. The main entrance, 2nd entryway next to kitchen that leads you to a staircase and the 3rd door is inside the master bedroom that leads you to another staircase. We literally ran and start laughing. Whoever made the apartment, we don't see the point of having 3 entryway, especially at the master bedroom. Even though its a gated community, your neighbor can literally easily enter your apartment. If you forgot to lock one of the door. LOL.

I tried multiple times to view these apartments. Made appointments. Only to receive a code to enter that didn't work & then receive zero response from their amazing automated system.

A major tip, hire an actual leasing agent to be on site.

Got a $152.08 charge from this apartment complex on 3/31…
Lord only knows why I don’t even live in this city or anywhere near this place? Better yet they’re closed on the weekend? When people apartment shop
