I honestly don't know how long I have been going into Rosenbaum's. What I can tell you is this, they're the best. Their customer service cannot be paralleled. All you really need to do is go in and talk with the folks there and they will guide you through whatever you need to do. Thank you everybody at Rosenbaum's, you folks are the best in the business.

It was very busy when I went so I had to wait to be helped. Great customer service and they have a wide variety of rock related supplies, landscaping.

If i could give negative stars I would! These guys are crooks! Ordered some crushed granit, they dumped base rock, so I called to inquire about the mix up. I was told they would bring out what I ordered, and they did, but they refused to leave the load until I paid for that load also. I told them they could take the first load back, but they said they wouldn't take it back unless I loaded it for them.really? They brought and dumped the wrong order then expected me to clean up their mess? So, in order for me to finish my job I had to pay an extra $800 and now I'm stuck with a bunch of base rock, that I didn't order, and had to pay for that too because they didn't want to fix the problem they created.dont use their services!

I was very please with the service I received while transforming my front yard. With all industries struggling for skilled employees, they have the best team. David, Ryan, Mitchell and the 2 others in the yard are awesome, always anxious to help with good energy and a big smile. (which goes a long way). They took their time to help me formulate my design. Landscape is not my forte but with Pinterest and the team at Rosenbalm's, I love my new creation. I have been working on this project for 8 months. I loved the selection of product, rock, boulders, DG, yard art etc. Pricing is good, as well. The guys were very helpful with suggestions and loading items into my car. I received outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Rosenbalm for your future landscape needs.

Wow! The customer service was amazing. What a difference between other rockery locations. They greet you when you arrive and someone is called to help out immediately. Will definetly be back!

Im a home owner and DIY guy and even tho I dont buy huge loads, they still give me A+ customer service

So happy that we decided to take our business to Rosenbaum! Ryan and the staff were extremely helpful while offering different suggestions on starting up our backyard pond. Not only were they helpful AND knowledgeable but Ryan with an R's comedic timing was epic! We will definitely do business there again.probably next week lol

I really was worried about going there because I've never been to a rockery and I felt really uncomfortable. They were so nice. I can not explain the positive feeling my girlfriend and I had when we left having bought a few rocks. Sooo great.

I LOVE this place. They have every type of landscaping rock you could possibly want. Everyone who works there was very friendly too. I could spend hours in the yard just admiring all the different type of rocks and landscaping and that beautiful pond on display. When I loaded up all my rocks I figured I was going to drop a couple bills but my total was only 54 bucks. I'll definitely be back.
