This is the second time I use this plumbing company. I've had wonderful experiences both times. Jordan was very professional, helpful and did a great job. Answered all my questions. My issue was a water pressure and it got fixed in order to not have future issues. Definitely recommend this company.

Getting it wrong once might be forgivable, but three times? No. Wasted appointments, stupid mistakes, lack of follow-up on bids, late and missed appointments — I have experienced all of these with Rosenthal. Add flippant, rude employees to that, and you have a big “No” from me.

Michael was courteous, professional and very friendly. He was thorough and informative throughout the process.

We’ve been using Brandon with Rosenthal for 4 years, when we purchased a 55 year old home, with a the old galvanized pipes. Brandon replaced all of the galvanized, plumbed and installed a tankless gas water heater, installed a full house filtration system, and salt less water softener. He has also done work on a family condo upgrading gas lines and so much more. I can’t emphasize enough how detailed and clean their work is. We only call Brandon when we need work done-he’s a true professional! Thank you Brandon and Rosenthal!

They moved plumbing from the laundry area to the garage. They were knowledgeable and experienced. The job was entailed between the attic and crawl spaces. They were professional and explained all aspects of the job. They cleaned-up after they finished the work. And, through all this work they had a sense of humor. I’d recommend them, without any reservations.

Michael arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He explained how he was going to replace my water heater and a cartridge in my bathtub faucet. Michael was very responsive to my questions. I will definitely call Rosenthal plumbing. I asked Michael if he will be my plumber. I don’t look forward to future plumbing issues, but knowing that Michael will be available is very reassuring. Needed a new pressure regulator on outside plumbing and a new flapper on 1 of my ToTo toilets. I always try to use Rosenthal Plumbing. They are very knowledgeable of whatever repair I’ve needed in the past. Jordon is a wealth of information as was Richard that did the repairs today. I always end up learning from these technicians and I appreciate their challenges in working with our super hard water here in Santa Cruz! It wreaks havoc on plumbing. I’ll have them back to install a new hot water tank as soon as I can afford to do that. Hopefully soon!

Rosenthal Plumbing was one time and did a great job. As a construction project manager who depends heavily on contractors showing up to Jen their scheduled and finishing on time finding subs like this make life a lot easier. I have already scheduled them for another job.

A very well spoken, professional gentleman came out on time to give us a quote. Since I'm, Ahem, an older disabled 24 year old, they gave me a very generous discount making the project affordable for us. They came out, again on time and carefully installed the best unit available with both water and gas saving tech built in. We are VERY Impressed with everyone we came in contact with. We will use them for projectswhen we need to.

I’ve only written a few reviews over the years but when I receive great customer service from a business, I feel it’s important to let others know when you have a positive experience with a company. Our home had a problem with a leaking water heater, a leak that originated inside the water heater and so a replacement would be needed. On a lark, with many companies to choose from, I called Rosenthal Plumbing since they were fairly close by. Best decision I could’ve made, from start to finish.

A highly professional and pleasant woman answered the phone and took my details. She said someone would call me. Very soon, Anthony called and asked some questions. He said they’d send someone out soon.

And Jordan arrived within a day I think it was. He inspected every aspect of my home plumbing, even crawling beneath the house in areas I won’t go, and he even took pictures of items that needed attention. He put paper booties on his shoes when he came inside the house to keep everything clean. Jordan checked out the water heater and advised me on the correct heater to buy, along with a couple options, like warranty length and such. I was pleased that Rosenthal did everything electronically and my info was sent directly to the company as Jordan and I finished speaking. Jordan let me know that Mike would be coming out to perform the replacement. I felt so relieved when I heard that Mike had a couple decades of experience with this type of job.

Mike arrived and went right to work, replacing the old water heater with a high-quality one that was up to modern standards. He was done before I knew it, and we finished my credit card transaction right there at the tailgate of his work truck. Mike cleaned up the job site and was on his way. (The only trace that a plumbing company had been there was a little rubber washer I found a week later in the driveway.)

Jordan and Mike were both so professional and helpful, friendly and informative, expertly answering all the questions I had. They were easy and fun to talk with. In fact, everyone I interacted with at Rosenthal Plumbing did a great job and kept me apprised of everything going on during the quick replacement process. If you’re looking for any sort of plumbing work, you can’t do better than Rosenthal Plumbing. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They even had the class to send a Thank You card a couple weeks later.

Michael Vega came the same day I called the company— our go-to plumber couldn’t come for another two days— so, we now have a new plumber. Michael was friendly and gave good explanations; he took care to leave no cleanup after he was done. Hopefully we won’t need their services again, but I definitely would call them if we do!

Our water heater is located in a very tight and awkward space to get to. Anthony and Michael took great care and were very knowledgeable with the challenges this posed. 9: 30am no hot water 3: 00pm now have hot water! It doesn’t even look like some work took place. The technician was very professional, friendly and took his time to make sure it worked. Pipe work was amazing and it looks better than it did before. We wish they were the ones who built the plumbing in our house!

Rosenthal Plumbing is fabulous from start to finish! Located in my neighborhood, I thought I’d try them for a new kitchen faucet and toilet replacement. Brandon came on time for my initial review appointment on a Monday, gave me several options/ideas and different payment options too. Mike came three days later to do the replacement in just two hours. Can not beat that! I’m so happy, thank you so much. Will definitely be recommending you to family and friends!

We were amazed at the professional, detailed written description of what was going to be done. The person who came out to look at the plan was professional and caring. He listened to us and responded. The men who did the work were on time, kept the house as clean as possible and good natured. It was a pleasure to have them around.

They replaced filters in ionizer, under sink filter, whole house filter, replaced sink drain and flushed the tankless hot water heater. Brandon did an excellent job. Very efficient. Answered all our questions. Accomplished all correctly.
