The vet and the staff were great and so accommodating.

I had a litter of 5 kittens feeling very unwell and the doctor agreed to see all of them within a couple of hours. I’m so very thankful!

They get you appointments when you want

The front office is very friendly and helpful, they also answer all your questions
They are exceptional in every way

I was on a road trip in the area and my dog had an eye injury. I called 6 vets in the area and no one could get me in. Roseville Animal Hospital fit us in for an exam right within an hour and got my dog the meds he needed. I am so grateful for their kindness, they clearly care about animals here.

I went to get an international dog health certificate and was not working apparently because the paper that they gave doesn't have any stamps or any signatures the Dr. Cedula it was not an appropriate document, basically I paid for nothing. As soon as I arrived in Mexico I had to call a vet to come over to the airport and paid again for the real international health certificate.

The staff was amazing. They were able to see my cat the same day and were extremely helpful. I had a question after leaving so I called them and they promptly called back with an answer.

Really nice staff, but that only counts for one star. $55 to tell me I needed to get my cat xrays and bloodwork, $350 for said xrays, ~$75 for the bloodwork (which isn't comprehensive whatsoever and only ruled out a handful of things, nothing like immune cell counts or anything)

I find it regrettable that many of the reviews here mentioned low/reasonable prices, but only afterward I find out these prices were most certainly high end.

I had to sign an agreement whether to agree to paying $250-300 for resuscitation/CPR or to decline so that they would not attempt anything.

It's a genuinely pleasant place with caring people, but it doesn't deserve as high of a rating as it has currently if it's so expensive.

Brand new facility, the people are very polite, courteous, respectful, the doctors are some of the fabulous ones you can find anywhere. So the bottom line is this is a facility that you can trust

Saturday morning 9: 20 am I called the office to ask if I can get something to help with Sallyann’s anxiety so we can get her nails clipped. I was told they’ll get back to me she would ask veterinarian. No one got back to me my husband decided to go to work on Monday because they didn’t give us a call back. I can’t find anybody to help. If I don’t find someone by Thursday my husband is put her down.

This place does not deserve any stars in my opinion.

I brought my dog, Daisy, in on 1/31/23 because she had lost control of her back legs and bowel/bladder movements. Dr. Vikash suspected IVDD (disc disease) and confirmed it after x-rays. He treated this as a stage 1 or 2 (mild) case. Not a stage 5 like it truly was. He suggested that I make an appointment with either Loomis Basin or UC Davis to be seen by a neurologist. As a matter of fact, Loomis Basin does not even have a neurology specialist - he could not even give an accurate referral. He did not express that this was a severe emergency case.

Dr. Vikash's plan was for me to make an appointment, but give her Prednisone, Gabbapentin, and Methocarbamol for a week on crate rest and see if she improved. Again, no sense of urgency to protect my dog or diagnose her properly.

I got in touch with UC Davis on Thursday (2/2/23) and they said I needed to bring my dog in immediately, especially since she has no control of her backend. I am now at UC Davis with very little hope of my dog being able to walk again because we waited so long to come into emergency and get the surgery done.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I wasted over $500 on a vet office that did not perform well in anyway. My dog was not properly diagnosed, the vet's recommendation was not going to help my dog. This place could have cost my dog's life had I not rushed into Davis when I did. Dr. Vikash should not be working on dogs and giving medical advice in my opinion.

If I knew what I know now about IVDD, I would have never listened to Dr. Vikash's recommendation. Please take my advice and avoid this place! I hate to say it - I had high hopes when coming in because of the great reviews, but my case is the worst experience ever.

Dog with ear infection had a failed ear hematoma surgery was not given a simple refill of antibiotics when the dog was reported to show more signs of sickness.drooling and diarrhea.

I like them.thy care about your pet and your feelings and I like all the members.this is our second pet we been talking to them. Even though it's away from we're we live it's worth a drive!

They got my cat in same day when 15 other vets could not. They took great care of him and were very friendly. Thank you for taking care of Max today.

We cannot thank Gabe and Dr. Vijay at the Roseville Animal Hospital enough for the outstanding services they did for our WINSTON!
Winston was old and it was his time.
Not only did we call after hours but they were there to help and waited for us to get there after they were already closed.
Very detailed with the process of euthanasia and were sympathetic to our feelings and how emotional we were.
They didn't proceed until they knew we were ready.
Thank you so much and we know our WINSTON is in a much better place.
